Unless we know their movesets, EVs, and IVs, we can't tell you.
In order to understand my train of thoughts,
you'll have to put yourself in my position. You can't expect me to think like you because my life ain't like yours; You know what I'm sayin?

I have made 2 teams so far but I feel that some should be one in team and the others should be in the other. The teams I made are mostly thrown together with pokemon I enjoy asthetically, and I wanted to see how well they faired together. Since I beat iris the first time I went on a breeding bonanza. I'm getting ready for round 2 and would like to know if these teams would do well come round 2 elite 4.

All pokemon mentioned have perfect speed IV's and whatever attack stat they are best in.

    Team 1

Metagross Adamant clear body also has perfect HP IVS

    EVs 252 hp 252 attack 4 spd

    stealth rock
    meteor mash
    bullet punch
    hammer arm

Weavile Adamant Pressure (why weavile gets pressure is beyond me because she dies in one hit anyway)

    EVs 252 attack 252 speed 4 hp

    Ice punch
    night slash
    low kick
    sword dance

    Starmie Timid Natural cure

EVs 252 special attack 252 speed 4 hp

    Ice beam
    surf
    thunderbolt
    recover

registeel Impish clear body flawless IVS in all stats

EVs 252 hp 128 defense 128 special defense

    curse
    iron head
    earthquake
    rest

Aggron Adamant rock head (zerg rush?)

    EVs 252 attack 252 speed 4 hp

    autotomize
    headsmash
    earthquake
    aqua tail

    Zekrom Adamant teravolt

    EVs 252 hp 252 attack 4 spd

    Bolt strike
    dragon claw
    zen headbutt
    volt switch

I feel team ones weakness is the lack of more special attackers as starmie is really the only one there that has any special attack at all.

    Team 2

    Sharpedo rash speed boost

EVs 148 attack 252 special attack 108 speed

    Crunch
    Hydro pump
    protect
    ice beam

Electrode Timid static (sharpedo's best friend drop in the rain and then go sharpedo go)

EVs 252 speed 252 special attack 4 hp

    Rain dance
    Thunderbolt
    Volt switch
    signal beam

    Latias Timid Levitate (defensive pivot)

    EVs 252 hp 252 speed

    Dragon pulse
    Surf
    Roost
    calm mind

Victini Adamant Victory star (the I dare you to use sunny day)

    EVs 252 attack 252 speed 4 hp

    V- create
    Fusion bolt
    U- turn
    zen headbutt

Butterfree Modest Tinted lens (she's just there I always liked butterfree)

EVs 252 special attack 252 speed 4 hp

    Bug buzz
    substitute
    quiver dance
    sleep powder

Bisharp Adamant defiant (kamen rider bisharp)

    EVs 252 attack 252 speed 4 hp

    Iron head
    sucker punch
    sword dance
    substitute

    My planned B2 team:

    Serperior

    Swords Dance/Coil
    Leaf Blade
    Aqua Tail
    Outrage

Can't decide between Swords Dance or Coil. SD is much stronger, but Coil gives Aqua Tail perfect accuracy..

    Lucario

    Dark Pulse
    Dragon Pulse
    Aura Sphere
    Flash Cannon

    Arcanine:

    Wild Charge
    Extremespeed
    Flamethrower
    Bulldoze

I want to evolve Growlithe ASAP, so no Crunch or Flare Blitz.

    Flygon

    Fly
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    Stone Edge

    Hydreigon

    Dragon Pulse
    Dark Pulse
    Surf
    Flamethrower

    Carracosta

    Waterfall
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
    Shell Smash
    Formerly, Chariking

^ personally I'd go with Coil for the accuracy boost, as you mentioned.

Anyway, I've been thinking of using this team for my W2 run:

    Serperior ~ Ampharos ~ Muk ~ Beheeyem ~ Bisharp ~ Dewgong

Sure it has several weaknesses (the weakness to Ground is pretty huge) but they're all Pokemon I really like. If I were to change any of them, it would be either Beheeyem or Bisharp but eh, we'll see how they go.

Thanks to the GTS I managed to get a hold of an Oshawott and a Servine. They had symbols for names since they came from Japan so I bred both so that I could read the names!

I swapped my Jellicent and Leaveanny for Oshawott and Snivvy and trained my in-game-team today, which now is as follows:

Sigilyph, Lv 65, Ice Beam, Fly, Air Slash, Psychic
Magnezone, Lv 65, Flash, Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave
Liepard, Lv 66, Shadow Claw, Slash, Pursuit, Night Slash
Serperior, Lv 36, Leech Seed, Mega Drain, Cut, Leaf Blade
Samurott, Lv 54, Ice Beam, Surf, Waterfall, Dive
Emboar, Lv 70, Flamethrower, Arm Thrust, Strength, Assurance

Also today I beat N and caught Latias or Latios (whichever is Red, I think Latias xD).

Next step is to grind my entire team to level 75ish and then explore the remainder of Unova.

I reset my black2 to play in challenge mode, my team now is as follows

    Synther
    Snivy 31@Leftovers
    Hardy
    Leech Seed
    Coil
    Return
    Leaf Tornado

    Aaron
    Lucario 30@Scope Lense
    Mild
    Force Palm
    Dark Pulse
    Dig
    Ice Punch

    Fuzz
    Growlithe 31@Eviolite
    Gentle
    Flame Burst
    Reversal
    Snarl
    Dig

    N's Zoroark 30@Shell Bell
    Hasty
    Night Slash
    U-turn
    Dig
    Foul Play

I'm trying to figure out the rest of my team, I may drop Zoroark, and I want to keep my team around 4 members so I match the Gym Leaders, I have a rotation that i use.

    Rotational members

Leavanny 30 (caught in shaky grass via rt 6)
    Adamant
    Stuggle Bug
    Razor Leaf
    Bug Bite
    String Shot

Looking for some more members to add to the rotation, just beat clay, and about to do the PWT.

Guys, im gonna start Black 2 Challenge mode. The main point of this team is to crush my cousins team, which is:

    - Hammer Arm
    - Flamethrower
    - Flare Blitz
    - Head Smash

    - Foul Play
    - U-turn
    - Night Slash
    - Nasty Plot

    - Surf
    - Fly
    - Brave Bird
    - Scald

    - Thunderbolt
    - Thunder Wave
    - Crunch
    - Dragon Claw

    - Iron Tail
    - Automize
    - Ice Beam
    - Earthquake

    - Aura Sphere
    - Close Combat
    - Swords Dance
    - Dragon Pulse

So yeah, thats his team. Help me own him.

P.S Remember, my team will be made from scratch because i new game. So it'll be nice to have at least a member in the start like Azumarill or something. NO LEGENDARIES!

Obviously you should go with Samurott, Then I'd pick up an Arcanine it should handle his Lucario, Zoroark, and Aggron with Fire moves and reversal (Bulldoze if you wanna make them slower fort the rest of the team). I'd pick up a Galvantula (can be obtained by Elesa's gym if in challenge mode, via GTS) it can handle Swanna, and then Conkledurr, it should be able to clean up the Eelectross, and the others should an untimely crit happen.

    So

    Samurott@Torrent
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Megahorn
Aqua Jet/Air Slash (if you feel like Breeding)

    Arcanine@Flash Fire/Intimidate
    Flare Blitz/Heat Wave
    Reversal
    Wild Charge
    Extreme Speed

    Galvantula@Compoundeyes
    Thunder
    Bug Buzz
    Energy Ball
    Sucker Punch

    Conkledurr@Sheer Force
    Ice Punch
    Drain Punch
Stone Edge/Rock Slide (depending on Accuracy preference)
    Payback/Fire Punch/ThunderPunch

You are left with 2 slots remaining I'd do somthing like...

    Roserade@Poison Point
    Venoshock
    Toxic Spikes
    Giga Drain
    Shadow Ball

    and

    Metagross@Clear Body
    Meteor Mash
    Zen Headbutt
    Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Bullet Punch/Rock Polish

They would let your team toxic out his pokemon and stall the bulkier ones out

    ?

    Rotation:

    Riolu Lvl 34

    Counter
    ?
Yeah the movesets are REALLY bad and off-pace for the most part! But I haven't had much opportunity to alter them in the sense I've just gone along with what I've had.
And my team is very unorthodox, I decided to use Pokes I haven't used much before and that are cool yet kinda random like Sunflora and Dunsparce!
Zoroark was never planned but when I got Zorua I was like why the heck not? And I should have a Glaceon but the wait is too long, so vap it is :]
For my White2 I'm thinking of using a Twilight-themed team; which I'll be sure to post later!

I'm doing a team of only Dream World/Dream Radar Pokemon, so building the final team could take weeks potentially.

Is Sheer Force Steelix any good? Seems to be able to make use of a few moves with it, as well as giving me my much coveted ground type before I fight Elesa, and useful for Burgh too.

Hey guys, I'm just building up random Pokemon that I like for the time being, not too set in stone about having a "proper" meta team - just Pokemon I like.

Just wanna know how important Speed IV is to Scyther/Scizor. Cuz I'm breeding Scythers and I got one with 30/31/29/31/31/19.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, if it's not, drop me a PM so that I'll know where to post proper the next time round.

Gengar is pretty fast for a ghost type. I'm going to be using him during my Battle Tower Challenge in platinum to get my fourth trainer card upgrade. He also has a high special attack so teach him moves like Shadow Ball, Psychic, Dark Pulse, and perhaps Venoshock, Hex, or Focus Blast.

Weavile would be a good, very fast pokemon. I would probably teach him Icy Wind, Arial Ace, Dark Pulse, and any other move.

Feraligatr would be good to have for a strong, generic pokemon. You would of course teach him surf, blizzard, then earthquake, and Dragon Claw.

If you use Hitmonlee, I would teach him Rock Slide, Focus Blast, then any other moves.

For Charizard, I would use Flamethrower, Fly, Solarbeam, and Earthquake.

I don't know if anyothers on your list would be good, but if you chose any others, I would try to breed the Pokemon with their abilities that are in favor of their highest values. Also, for the moves, think of some moves that would be super effective against the type the Pokemon are weak to.

I'll always make sure the nature is right

    So would
    Charizard
Vaporeon [i'd rather a water pokemon that focuses on sp attack]
    Jolteon
    Hitmonlee
    Genger
    Flygon

This isn't for competitive battling, just my ingame team

I know that it isn't for competitive battling, but even for an ingame team, it is helpful to have pokemon with type diversity and all that. Almost every single pokemon for my ingame team on black, and black 2 have the ability that is positive to their top stat and have moves that will take out the pokemon that they are weak to. But, on the other hand, my ingame team is my competitive team so.... haha.
