Actually if you evolve a foreign pokemon on a different nationality game or vice versa then it automatically gets that games pokemon name, so if you evolved it on an english game once its name would change to Poliwhirl I will still send you the other ones link

It depends, what game did you catch the roselia on? If its from generation 4 to generation 5 game then I'm not interested, I don't normally trade my shiny events for normal shinies unless they are from generation 3 games like ruby sapphire emerald and such
