I'd have to say Death Note, Wolf's Rain, and Fruits Basket. Those three are my favorites, and I don't think they would ever get old for me no matter how many times I re-watched them.

Please Teacher! in the dub, Zero no Tsukaima in subs. (I've never actually seen the subs of Please Teacher!, so that's why.)
They're just so entertaining and it's fun to see the relationships progress. ^_^ This is even higher in Zero no Tsukaima, which happens to be my favorite anime.
