New team for Pokemon Crystal

I just started a new game on Pokemon Crystal. I am planning on using this team and was wondering if you guys could take a look at it, tell me if it's good, if I need to change some things, etc.

Thunderbolt (Gonna use the Thunder before I can get to the move tutor)

Thanks for the tips, I'll definitly try them out. Even though I rather use fly instead of wing attack because fly has a higher basepower than wing attack and the AI in Crystal isn't that smart. They will probably attack me even when my pokemon is in the air
