Me? Okay...
Silly old man! Male-only pokemon?
You're supposed to be after... Dunno...
Cheer isn't liked here, though, I guess. Somewhere where it's dull?
They say two heads are better than one. Two heads: Zweilous, Doduo...?
But that's not true for me!
Though I do have two of something... Two Tail, Arms? Legs?
So twice the fun! If you're willing to look
For the stranger who is not somehow.
Then, well... I'm not just a pretty face anymore! Used to be bad/outclassed
As proved when I tamed the gleaming beast. Tamed a beast, possibly a tank?
Huh... I'm not good at riddles but I'm just gonna give a guess. Is it Rotom-W? It has two hose thingy, it lives in the Old Chateau, it's been known to tank hits and the transition to fifth gen gave it a better typing?

Is it Wobuffett?
Silly old man! It looks like an old man, sorta (ough it isn't supposed to)
You're supposed to be after... It's based after a japanese comedian apparently.
Cheer isn't liked here, though, I guess. It's always cheerful, except it's tail.
They say two heads are better than one. It's tail also has a face.
But that's not true for me! It's believed that the blue is actually just a doll.
Though I do have two of something... Counter and Mirror Coat.
So twice the fun! If you're willing to look You need the enemy to use the right move.
For the stranger who is not somehow. Not aware of the fact these are the only two "attacking" moves it has.
Then, well... I'm not just a pretty face anymore! The female has lipstick.
As proved when I tamed the gleaming beast. Xounter and Mirror Coat easily KOanyrpthng with a strong attavpck launched at it.
Wobuffett?
No, not them, and besides, Face isn't chocolating (there is a reason given).
However, one of the three guesses for the Pokemon with two heads is correct. One of them has something in common with the Pokemon (but they are not the Pokemon or related to it).

Hmm... Can't quite make head or tail of this one.
Is the stranger human? By the sounds of it, whatever the stranger is, it helps improve the subject in battle, but I don't see how a pokémon could do that unless it carried an important item for it. So my next guess would be that the stranger is a human who delivers an key item for the pokémon?
As for "not somehow", does that mean it isn't "twice the fun"? Does it have one of what the subject has two of?
I'm really not sure right now.

Thank you Megadio for the awesome banner.
To answer your questions, octoboy:
1. The stranger is a human, who does do something that helps the Pokemon in battle.
2. The Pokemon itself has one head, but shares something in common with a Pokemon that has two heads.

Is it Meloetta? It's normal and psychic, just like Girafarig...

Yep, it's Meloetta.
Silly old man! (The old man is Genesect, who is an ancient Pokemon)
You're supposed to come after... (Genesect is after Meloetta in the Pokedex, but was revealed outside of Japan before her)
Cheer isn't liked here, though, I guess. (Well, Japan seems to like cute more than America...)
They say two heads are better than one. (Girafarig had two heads, and is Normal/Psychic like Meloetta)
But that's not true for me! (Meloetta obviously has one head)
Though I do have two of something... (Two formes)
So twice the fun! If you're willing to look (Buildup to the next line)
For the stranger who is not somehow. (The guy that teaches Relic Song is a random NPC (stranger), but must know about Meloetta to be able to teach the song)
Then, well... I'm not just a pretty face anymore! (Relic Song lets her turn into Pirouette forme, making her Fighting type)
As proven when I tamed the gleaming beast. (In an episode of the anime involving a shiny Onix, Meloetta turns into Pirouette forme)
Well done, Face!

Next riddle (this is a pretty easy one):
I may not appear to have my head in the game,
But unlike most Pokémon, I am the real deal.
I can expand on my strengths,
Or maybe strip away my weaknesses.
(In fact, nobody else can do that!)
Oh, and please stop ringing that bell, Pavlov!
Who am I?

Zoroark? Real deal may refer to Illusion, it can strip away weaknesses by pretending to be another Pokemon, and Illusion is its exclusive ability. Zoroark is also a fox, which is related to dogs, which Pavlov did his experiment on (the drooling thing could expose it?).

I have claimed Shaymin, Chef Kawasaki and Dillon, as well as the wonderful Sky Tower theme~
Smeargle? By expanding strengths and stripping away weaknesses, it could be sketch, being the only Pokemon to learn that. That might also count for the real deal part, and nobody else can do that. Pavlov could refer to his experiments with ringing bells around dogs. Smeargle may have been based on a dog.
Looking for a battle, any mode. PM me if you want one.
I am looking for:(pm me offers)
I've won something! I'm a random audience member!
And in addition to the $2,500 in cash, a random audience member will receive a week's stay for two at his or her choice of any Holiday Inn. Today, there are more than 1500 Holiday Inns in the world. Go with the go-ers. Do the Inn thing. Stay at the Holiday Inn.
This has gotta be hitmonlee. No head, expandable legs (its strongest body part)? Sounds like a dead ringer.
Though in this case I'm not sure about the Pavlov bit. Unless it's about its psychic weakness, Pavlov studying psychology.

Thank you Megadio for the awesome banner.
I'm getting a Kelceon vibe.
"Hiding its weakness" can refer to the fact that Kelceon gets "Color Change" that changes its typing and be immune to fighting type moves, or weak to.\
"Expand on my strengths" can refer to the fact that Kelceon, after a different type change, still keeps the same movepool.
"have my head in the games" means that Kelceon can be easily countered, like changing his typing on purpose AND using a move to counter that type.

I guess Ditto.
1st line: Ditto has no head
2nd line: I'm guessing something about Ditto being extremely similar to what it's based on?
3rd and 4th lines: Well, it CAN transform into anything.
5th line: IIRC, it has it's own unique ability.
6th: A bit of overthinking, but... Pavlov studied psychology. Humanity adapts to multiple situations, some of them involving someone we are not. I might be mistaken, but doesn't that involve a little of psychology? If I'm wrong about this, there's also the survival instinct? (oh god this is totally wrong. Anyway, Ditto transform to adapt to multiple situations.
Oh God this is probably my worst guess yet.
Ehh... Stoutland, or another member of the Lillipup line? Again, Pavlov worked with dogs, and Stoutland's abilities can either be Intimidate (lowering Attack, so boosting its defence, a strength) or Sand Rush (removing the weakness of sandstorm).

I'm thinking it's Arcanine:
1. Got me there...
2. Arcanine was going to be a legendary Pokemon, and that may be the real deal with it's species name the Legendary Pokemon.
3. and 4. Talking about extreme speed, in which arcanine is really fast anyway
5. Extremespeed was once Arcanine's Signature move.
6. Arcanine is a dog, and Ivan Pavlov conducted a conditioning experiment on dogs using a bell
7 Arcanine!

What's Under YOUR Bed?
Is it Bronzong by chance?
I may not appear to have my head in the game: Bronzong has no head.
But unlike most Pokémon, I am the real deal: It's based on a real-life object.
I can expand on my strengths: Not sure.
Or maybe strip away my weaknesses: Its two normal abilities are Heatproof and Levitate, both of which get rid of one of its weaknesses.
(In fact, nobody else can do that!): Kind of self-explanatory, I guess.
Oh, and please stop ringing that bell, Pavlov!: It's a bell.
Who am I? Bronzong?
These are all great guesses, but they're all wrong. Here's a hint: Line 2 does not refer to being more powerful than most other Pokemon.

Hmm... I'm trying to think of ways a pokémon can be more "real" than others, but I'm not quite sure here. The stripping of weaknesses part makes me think of a certain pokémon, but I can't see how the rest of the riddle would fit at all.
I'd ask some questions about it, but I think I'd rather see if anyone else has any ideas without extra hints first. I don't have much to go on right now.

Uh... Mew? It plays around and is goofy, 'real deal' refers to mocking the clones in the first film, and it is the only Pokemon to learn every TM.
