Actually, i think it must be able to learn rapid spin from a few of the lines... I'm guessing zapdos for now, but I'll do some research and come back if I'm wrong...

It makes me move (at least part) In the anime, when Ash battles Clay, only Excadrill's claws move for Rapid Spin
It's almost utterly impossible to beat me It was absolutely ridiculous in OU, so it got shifted to Ubers, as it was almost unbeatable

I have no idea how the rest would fit though...
