I'll go with Reuniclus on this one. Its body is surrounded by green fluid; the color green is also associated with life and nature, and Reuniclus is based on a cell, the basis of all living things.

Using Bonsly as it has green parts and is partially based of a bonsai tree which is....green!

Sawsbuck's Summer form is green and it's a grass type so it probably cares for the Earth which makes it "green"

Shiftry is green because it can make wind but is not a Sp. Attacker. He is jealous of almost every other grass type. i'll submit him.

5th + 4th- just regular grass types. I choose Snivy as green also shows immaturity, Torterra show some agricultural with being a ground type
2nd + 3rd- are very unique and do represent green well
1st Shiftry is the best Representative of green. Not only is it green but it can create its own energy.
(FYI, Duglett/Dugtrio would have been an automatic winner IMO)
