Dimensions: Doesnt really matter. Just make it wide. Also, just so you know its going to have a line of text and a userbar under it, just to make sure it doesnt exceed the space limit in my sig.
Notes: Id like the banner to look kinda sandy. Like, in a dessert or something like that, just with a dark-brownish background. But with the pokemon still remaining colorful. Let me know if i need to clarify on that or anything. As always, take all the time you need, man.
