But yeah Blaziken is legal as long as he isn't Speed Boost Blaziken. "Blaz"iken is completley legal.
I also heard they are testing Kyurem W/B for OU. Kyurem-B will stay Uber Kyurem W might go down to OU.

EDIT: Found out that all 3 of the Therian forms are OU also. Sweetness.
