It really doesn't. If one day he gets one, some will have to grin and bare it. Plus calling every Riolu fan a Auraholics insults those who just want one to want one. Same with Eevee fans and Samurott fans, insulting them all by calling them stans only makes the other person look like a total ***. That's my two cents.

ok Kotetsu Riolu is most likely going to evolve. A Lucario in no way stops Ash getting Rioli

I admire the Auraholics to be honest. They've wanted Ash to get a Lucario since 2005, and they're still going. You have to admire that type of devotion; not everyone would obsess over a Pokemon for more than 7 years. I genuinely respect them for it. Unfortunately, I believe that like the Samurott stans, they're waiting in vain.

Also, I'm liking the new set of Pokemon merchandise that was posted a few days ago. It looks like Eelektrik will appear soon, which pleases me since I'm a fan of the species. I'm still wondering about the Rayquaza though. I don't see why it would appear in the anime at the moment. Same goes for Mewtwo.

Haven't done a prediction in a long time, may as well do a short one for the time being:

Ash



Pikachu:Done
Unfezant:Learn one more move, maybe something unique like Tailwind.
Oshawott:I hope it learns a non water type move, but it will probably end up learning water pledge or another water move instead.
Emboar:Definitely see it evolving before the league, maybe against another gym leader like Drayden or Cheren, but definetely can see it evolving, and learning heat crash upon evolution. I'd like it to learn a non fire move like bulldoze or arm thrust, but I can't see it happening.
Snivy:Cannot see it evolving, but can see it learning at least one more move. Might get a big story but definitely can see it learning another move like giga drain or wring out.
Scraggy:I hope it learns a new move like faint attack or head smash, but I'd just like to see more of it.
Leavanny:Learn. X-Scissor. Or at least a strong grass move. Anything but something like struggle bug or another weak move.
Seismitoad:Can see it evolving in the league in a tribute to Kingler and learn either drain punch or acid upon evolution. Loss against garbador without a win was quite dissapointing so I hope it gets a strong battle, or at least something outside of battle.
Boldore:Surprised it had a 30 second battle in the junior cup, not much but something at least. Hope it learns a new move but I'd just generally like to see more of that pokemon.
Krookodile:Glad it will be evolving next episode, and I hope it learns something like dragon tail or brick break upon evolution.

I don't think Ash will get Emboar. Something is telling me that the writers only want Infernape to be Ash's fully evolved fire/fighting. If Ash did get it, it would seriously lower the worth of Infernape.

I see Krookodile as being the Sceptile and Infernape for Ash this generation.

Ya Infernape and his Mach Punch were so beast -_-. Pignite doesn't even know a fighting move yet so lets not get ahead of ourselves here.

The writers have no control over marketability. They have to work with what they're given. Even if they had shown Tepig in every episode, it wouldn't magically become marketable. But yeah, I can't believe people are still pressed about this. I would understand if we were discussing the Unova Starter's popularity at the start of BW, but now it just seems irrelevant since Tepig already evolved and Oshawott is recognized as the second most popular Pokemon of all time (Pikachu is the first). I wonder where that leaves Snivy?

They did it with Oshawott...you're "receipts" are proof that the anime made him more popular. Though I was just joking, so there's no need to make an argument about this, especially since it's hard to make the least liked starter the most liked one.

Eh, I'm used to it. Mostly everyone seems to hate people who even dare show Oshawott and Snivy's faces for the League. Besides, most people only look at the pictures at this point.

I think it's mainly because people don't want a Johto/Kanto rehash for the starters. And because a lot of people like Samurott/want Ash with his first fully evolved Water.

The Samurott ship is slowly fading away. The good news is that the Seismitoad ship is right in front of our faces XD

They both are, unless the league is next year in like March, they both are seeing as the only team change in the intro was Krookodile.

Did anyone ever get the idea that they could just make a new ending with more team spoilers?
