Giving/getting rid of a Pokemon to make room for something else is not giving/getting rid of a Pokemon for a better cause.

DP was horrible because it had NO rotation whatsoever. And something had to be released, for something else.

I agree with the people saying that if Sableye goes to Ash and evolves (for gen 6), that it will be treated better than Aipom/Ambipom, I really hate how she was treated.

The worse thing in all that is that Aipom freaking adored Satoshi, it didn't just like him it kinda had a crush on him, the whole getting rid of it was retarded, unless the character was unpopular in Japan and the producers asked the writers to get rid of it, I just don't get the stupidty of the situation.

Loves its trainer, gets traded because BS reason of wanting to do contests(yes it was build up I know), then is given/lent to a guy to do freaking ping pong, if it ever comes back I hope(not happening) it comes back to Satoshi not Hikari.

I totally agree, I loved their connection and bond. And when Aipom was traded away I thought that they would trade back in the end or that Dawn would give Ambipom back idk, when I found out Aipom was going to Dawn, I hated it and I really wondered why the writers did this. And the fact that the writers got rid of Ambipom at a freaking ping pong tournament to make place for a freaking Togekiss really bugged me too. Also because of this all I never liked Buizel and it's probably my least fav Sinnoh Pokemon. Oh well it happened a long time ago, I mean it's not like Palpitoad or Leavanny for example got any better of a treatment. I really hope Sableye does get a good treatment and stays though if it goes to Ash, which seems most likely to me at this point.

No it was obvious he was getting a water pokemon, they should've just let Ash get Buizel from the get-go. Aipom never really had to leave permanently, why could it not just leave temporarily like Gliscor or sent to the lab like Heracross and Bulbasaur when they had to make place for other pokemon.

Because it needed to realize its full potential and Im sure if dawn wanted to distract her from the path to a champion she could.

Thats like asking why Ash needed to give charizard to liza when it could be oaked.

Also the buizel ep was one of the few that didnt paint piplup as a joke. It needs to stay as is.

Charizard is a whole other story as it can be called upon, it doesn't need to be oaked because it can come and fly over whenever it wants, I mean it's even showing up in Best Wishes. You really can't compare their situations here. And realizing it's full potential? It's not about that. It was just a cheap random storyline from the writers to get rid of Ambipom. As for Piplup, it had other shining moments and didn't need the Buizel episode at all. I still stand by what I said in my previous post, but I can see where you're coming from.

Because of the Sableye that's present in the movie poster of the new movie. What importance it plays and who it's going to is currently unknown.

Currently, not counting possible 6th gen ties. Ash is the only one who doesn't have a standalone.

Granted both Iris and Cilan's standalone Pokemon are electric but still Ash probably could use a standalone Pokemon, he hasn't had one since Torkoal.

Regarding Cilan's captures, or lack of a recent capture, I just realized Iris and Cilan are even in-terms of number of on-screen captures. Iris caught Dragonite and Emolga and Cilan caught Crustle and Stunfisk. I wonder if that's what the writers were gunning for? Plus Excadrill and Axew didn't do anything really at the beginning.

Considering that Pokemon Best Wishes Season 2: Episode N ends the 18th of April and the movie airs in July 13th. we have 3 months left of episodes, that would be about 12 episodes. We dont know what will actually happen during those 12 episodes, but it's really possible for someone to capture Sableye during that span. Actually, i wonder what will happen after Episode N. Also, Sableye would be a cool addition to Ash's roster, i prefer Ash having new pokemon rather than Iris or Cilan having them. I dont want Iris and Cilan to go to gen 6th, i prefer something fresh, new companions to make it more interesting, and i would like Sableye to get 2 more evolutions in the next generation, if not at least 1. I would like Torkoal to have a new evolution too.
