Bardock was taken into the past and thus causes him to change history as the being the 1st Super Saiyan.

Holy crap, none of the villains but maybe 17 and 18 have had clothes on, I don't count them as villains any more so. Cell and Frieza would get along just fine, talking about how silly people are for wearing clothes.
