Edit:
Okay, yeah I got sick ._. (roommate's fault)
but I was able to get all of this done (still need some things and fix the history since at the end I was rushing since I wanted to go to sleep)
Spoiler:- :
Name: Fei Min
Call-Sign: Ibis
Gender: female
Age: 25
Country of Birth: Chinese Federation, China
Country of Residence: Chinese Federation but as of now she resides in a house she acquired in North America
Designation: Pilot
Description:
Fei is of small stature, standing at 5’5’’ at the most but even at that stature she holds herself high and proud. She is petite, with a gymnast look to her and slim figure. Her sharp black hair that fell past her waist contrasted with her alabaster skin, slightly high cheekbones set right with piercing dark blue almost black eyes set above them. It was hard to tell when she was showing any emotion other than the usual neutrality and/or anger due to her facial expression.
When in the presence of her family (especially her father) she wears the traditional robes and ornaments of her traditions, clad in red, white and yellow most of the time and their family symbol: the crane.
When attending social gatherings and/or formal settings she dresses in more western style dresses that are mostly white with red or red with white, and of course the symbol in the collar of them.
As authorized she wears the assigned flight suit that all Irregulars wear when piloting their ACs. Hers is all red with her family symbol white on her right arm.
There are times though when she actually wears casual clothing, mostly when not residing in China with her family.
Personality:
Perfection is what you would call Fei in the presence of anyone with importance and her family. Her poise, manners and the way of talk is what sets her out from the rest of the common folk and while doing so brings honor to her family. She would be the ideal "princess" if there was still royalty in China.
Take her outside of her little ideal world though and you have a ruthless destructor. There is nothing that can stand in her way without being analyzed and/or if needed…punished/eliminated. Her sole goal is to please her father and is very honorable in her word as daughter. Fei won’t put anything before her word of honor and duties to her country, but sometimes Collared has a way of going around that and actually making her do things that would be viewed as dishonorable.
She is quite a calm and collected woman when it comes to pleasing the crowd, and will always give you a straight answer with truth behind her words. There is no ill will from her directed towards the ones that don’t deserve her wrath, and even with the cold exterior she has been taught to be pleasant and welcoming towards others. All of this becomes tiring for the young woman and on rare occasions you can catch her actually being a normal citizen.
History:
Fei was born into the corporate life and marked by the time she was already breathing and out into the world. She is the third daughter and fifth born from Lee Min, who is the 3rd son who is a stock holder for the Chinese branch of Global Armaments. The girl was brought up in a strict environment where everything was a task and everyone was a teacher to make her understand the customs and responsibilities of her family and nation. By the time she was four Fei was knowledgeable of the simple political heads from the past years of importance and was showing promise in her fighting skills when attending private defense classes as well as other subjects. This didn’t stop the girl from wanting to learn more.
She was a very curious child and all of this fascinated her. She wanted to learn, to be able to do anything she could to please her father and herself. Mother was never mentioned because she had died when giving birth to her…or so that’s what they told the little girl when she asked. Fei easily coped with that and told herself that her mother would be proud of her wherever she was.
As she grew older the lessons turned harsher and serious. She was punished whenever she got something wrong so error was not an option. The girl was placed with the best tutors her father could find and her combat sessions were taken over by him. He showed her structure and discipline through fighting, and as her skills improved she started to develop a killer’s instinct. It was something that disturbed most of the household but over time was something like second nature to the young Min. Her father wasn’t surprised either, and actually mentioned something about knowing this would happen sooner or later.
Fei was enlisted into the Pilot Academy at the age of 15. Only a select few of her classes she took alone and the others were regular classes with the rest of the trainees. Top scores were earned on every turn and every time she failed on something she would just try harder until she succeeded. It wasn’t even a surprise when she was proved to have a great AMS compatibility and thus marked as an Irregular. This was just another stepping stone into achieving greatness for herself and her family.
The girl was ruthless and ambitious in her goals, and everyone who knew her and saw her would have that idea in their mind about Fei. At age 19 she graduated and was immediately placed by her father’s side as part of his personal escort. She’d still get missions though, mainly the ones dealing with her country and suppressing revolutionaries. No errors were met then until after a certain mission that was given to her after turning 20 and also her last mission with her father before joining Collared.
“Soaring Dragon” was a mission only known between a select few, including Fei and some of her siblings that were of the same profession as her. Unlike the other missions this one required a team since it was to bust and eradicate Soaring Dragon, an organization that had been on the offensive of the underground revolution occurring there and the main branch that provided supplies and assets to the minor branches of the revolutionaries. Fei entered prepared and ready for anything that was thrown at her after finding their main headquarters that same day, but no one prepared her for what was to come next.
While her team went to deal with the attacking ACs after going through with their ambush, Fei took another initiative and went straight on to attack their leader the “Black Dragon.” It was a force to be reckon with, Fei giving her all as she fought with this ruthless killer. At the end the mission was a bust, with most of the ACs being completely useless afterwards (including hers) and having everyone suffering from injuries. Some were severe and others were more lucky, but Fei had changed a bit after that mission and the report she had handed in.
It was shock that ran through her body when she found out her mother was the leader of the Soaring Dragon, and when mentioned to her father he had just nodded and sent someone afterwards to tell her she was being laid off along with the others. He had kept them even after the New Geneva Convention was passed about Irregulars, but now that this had happened he didn’t want anyone knowing more than they should and thus just let Fei return to her escorting duties. It wasn’t the same though, and while still dealing with the fact that her mother was alive it was rather boring when not using her AC.
This would change though later on when she is contacted by Collared to join them. With the given permission of her father she did, and always kept contact with him afterwards when she moved to America and with help was able to transport everything she needed over there. She started immediately after moving in and has yet to disappoint Collared, always analyzing her new surroundings and the people around her while thinking of ways to find out where her mother was hiding this time.
Psychic Power:
Fei's psychic power is more for protection than actual offense. You could say it's a "shield" that envelops her brain to negate any of the other powers Irregulars might have and use against her. It's something she couldn't control when young but was able to after founding out and honing her power up to the point of switching it on and off with ease just by thinking about it. What she is still working on is gaining the ability to not only protect herself with the "shield" but also the people around her while on missions in their ACs. As of yet it's been putting a lot of strain on her mind but is slowly and gradually getting the hang of it. She can only do it when the people are out of their ACs since the shield is like an elastic band, the more she pulls it out the harder the rebound will be for her. Her shield won't work on psychic powers that deal with physical contact and there are certain limits up to which she can use this power, but at night it's always switched on subconsciously. (Yes, I took it from Twilight, sue me >__> I just thought it was a good power to not be wasted on a depressed airhead that likes being in abusive relationships)
Other:
Although her symbol is the crane, she dislikes certain birds in general, mainly due to the fact that they like to do their business everywhere and can get away with it. She has a small.....obsession with cats. Fei actually owns two hybrids, a Savannah Cat by the name of Opi and a Bengal Cat named Nia. Just like how friends talk and socialize Fei is like that with her cats and depending on the situation she'd choose them over anyone else. People who know Fei though will rarely make fun of her about that since they know what would happen if they did.
(For Pilots Only)
Armored Core Name: Red Crowned Crane
Weight Designation: Medium
Leg Type: Bipedal
Combat Specialization: Close-Range Combat, Speed, Agility, Accuracy
Weapon Layout: These can be combined in any way and equipped to the Crane
Arm Weapons: Laser Rifle “KARASAWA-MK2”, Laser Blade “KLB-TLS/SOL”, Machine Gun “WG-MGA1”, Laser Blade “MLB-MOONLIGHT”
Back Weapons: Dual Missiles “RZT-333”, Extra Boosters “B-VR-33”, Laser Cannon “AW-XC5500”
Hangar Weapons: Handgun
Further Description:
The Red Crowned Crane (or RCC) is a machine with a white color scheme with a few black accents on the sides and a red head frame. There is also black that runs down as two lines in the back. The Head is equipped fully with bio-sensors, night vision, noise cancelers and missile sensors along with the bright crimson light that indicates where the visual sensors are located.
Everything that makes up the RCC was picked out by Fei and over viewed by her father to have perfect results during training combat and missions. While it is limited to the ground and can't access the air easily the machine's speed is admirable with or without the use of its extra boosters. When in movement the machine gains a gliding effect due to the broad triangular shape of the feet and can make accurate sharp turns with its angles and sharp edges, neither losing nor gaining stability but always balanced in movement. Nothing was left unsupervised when dealing with the speed of this machine and how to improve it.
Fei, since her father has ties with GA, gets only the best from them and will always improve and upgrade her AC to be in top shape. There is still something that is needed (or well, Fei wants) in her AC and that is the Assault Armor. She doesn't plan on doing any suicide missions anytime soon but this would help her if in a dire situation. Overall her piloting skills are above average, but there are limits as to what her AC can do. Her ammo is somewhat limited and at often times relies greatly on her Laser Blade, but switches in according to timing. Not only was this AC named Red Crowned Crane for its

I'll figure out how to change it later, I'm dealing with real life problems and can't really focus right now. I'll try to change it tomorrow, and I mean what's the problem? They don't have any influence in what happens throughout the government and it's just a title (like the descendants of nobility, I mean I searched this up before writing this -__-. There are still descendants of the old clans from China but they don't really have power :/ like Fei's family but her father has made a name for himself at where he works.)
Either way, I can barely remember what I wrote, I was half-asleep when I wrote this.
There IS no royalty in china anymore. Communism means royalty is a big no-no. Some might still exist today, but only as grand nieces and nephews of the last prince...and the only known one works selling train tickets. Royalty as you described, with any sort of political influence and family symbols, doesn't exist. More importantly, they wouldn't be allowed to exist because their entire existence goes right in the face of communist Chinese ideology.

Soldier. Leader. Patriot. Revolutionary. It doesn't matter.
At our core we're all the same thing.
Monsters."
So now I have to redo everything...while I'm not against it, I will do it, it'll take some time to think of something else to fill in the blanks though. I won't take any more than this weekend hopefully, so don't worry *already figured out something with her problem at home* and I won't back down...unless of course this dies :/
Sophie, just saw your update/edit. Wish you would've given me a heads-up so I could've gotten to it earlier. The character section looks fine. So the character is approved.
The AC needs a bit of editing. First, a bit of semantic conundrum: how can a machine be focused on Close-range, speed, and agility, and still be primed with a Sniper Rifle? Also, Hangar Weapons are VERY small. Storable pistols, small-blades. etc. Moonlight and Karasawa are main weapons...unless you're going tank legs (or hover tank legs, in which case you'd need to cut down the weight).
Additionally, as I explained in the beginning "Cannons" are back-mounted. While the weapons can switch between Hands and back-mounts this time around, the primary slot for a cannon is on the back. Also, you'll have to explain what a Reloading Ion Cannon is...and Dual Missiles, for that matter, too.

Sorry, been busy with college so I log in here and there just to check updates and such...and yeah, I'll change all of that as well. Honestly I've been going from what I've been researching since I never played the game, but I guess I should've asked for help? Sorry about that x///x
Edit: Yeah, I edited it and hopefully it's right now?

*huffs* you know what? nevermind Kamotz~! I'll probably just save these characters somewhere and make my own fanfiction since I'm no good in this RP ^^ and well good luck with your RP I guess? Eh, I wanted to do this during the summer, but now I have tests and quizzes almost every day *salutes* later.
