Just to be clear,
who are you asking to EV train (probably me because you used my form?)
You want 252 Attack and 252 Speed?
What moveset do you want the final product to have?
What are you offering?

i didnt see it on your list but, can you help me evolve my scyther? its also at level 21 so i want it to learn it metal claw once it evolves to scizor. i lived in india so it might make it difficult to trade unless you come on really late(but im usually on from 5 pm to 11 pm every day)

i should still be able to get you a nice dratini with the dragonite ive still got in 4th gen, but that may be all i can do (its got dragon dance too)

Sorry to say but with the eevee I generally dont breed for hidden power for other people because its really time consuming and a huge pain in the you-know-what. Youd really have to make it worth the time ive gotta put into it and im not sure if you have anything that is worth that

annd unfortunately with the pineco, after i migrated my whole collection to black 2 to get the shiny charm i dont think i have any pokes with decent IVs that i could chain breed it with. also i dont have a pineco and i really dont feel like running around headbutting trees XD

do you have any extra pokes with any kind of decent IVs you could trade for the dratini? also what are the natures on your legendary birds?
