I'm sorry I don't IV Breed or Nature Breed.
I'll try to get you a Bold Feebas, but Aerodacytl could be any nature.

Just checked my Aerodactyl Level 20 and it has a Jolly nature. IVs are
IVs: 15 - 19 / 25 - 28 / 10 - 14 / 28 / 10 - 14 / 20 - 24
Stats at Lv.20: 65|0 / 52|0 / 33|0 / 30|0 / 37|0 / 67|0
