You can pretty much count on a second season if the rest of the volumes average out to 40k-50k, which is looking very likely.

First BD volume closing in on 40k sales, which are ridiculously good sales, second season is pretty much guaranteed at this point, it's just a matter of when.

Personally, I really like SAO, and wish there were an actual game half as good as that. Minus the dying part. Plus, now I really want one of those black coats. But watching it now in ALO makes me miss his old sword, I forget the name. The black one, not the crystal one.

Elucidator is the name but ya i miss it alot! i miss him dual wielding as well ><. but i still enjoy ALO alot and todays episode was soo good haha. im glad to see kirito's magic is actaully pretty amazing . and the episode was really funny at time ><. so excited for next week!

What I hope to see in Alfheim Online: MOAR BATTLES AND PVP
We didn't get enough of those in SAO, but it was still amazing.
I'm pretty sure we're going to reach a part where Kirito and his sister have in-game sex and then realize what they've done. His sister would probably commit suicide xP

Yeah... they're fighting the Salamanders next episode according to the trailer I think the OP are awesome. I mean, both are equally good and stuff.

I can't wait to see Kirito beat the **** out of that weird elf man...

EDIT: So anyways, the next episode is coming out in three days' time. I can't wait for Kirito's cousin to find out who Kirito actually is. Not saying it will happen, but I think it might.

Caught up with the last two episodes today using warp speed VLC playback.

Season 2 has definitely taken a swift dive into incesty territory. I mean, it was always there, but now it's there in spades. And I'm not a fan of that stuff.
The worst part is I feel the romance is being developed better now with his SISTER than with Asuna... x_x
And that's just weird.

Japan however don't have a problem with marriage between cousins like us Western people do, so it's not surprising we find it weird, yet the Japanese have no problem with it.

According to Wikipedia (yes, I know, it's not exactly the best source) in some Middle Eastern countries more than half the marriages are between cousins.

Ok, according to Wikipedia the US is the only country in the Western world that has laws against marriage between first cousins. So, once again it's just Japan not being scared of a cultural taboo us Westerners have.

Today episode was so awesome the fight was way more then i expected! i mean dual wield with a 2 hander! thats so awesome >< i thought there wasnt dual wield in the game haha did he break the game :P. but im glad asuna escaped so now its gettign really really good!

Yup, that episode was awesome.

And, being a middle-eastern myself, I can confirm that cousin marriage isn't weird at all, in fact, it's a tradition, and in some places, such as villages, people are forced to marry their cousins, and aren't allowed to marry anyone else outside their family, and it's sometimes considered rude and inappropriate. Sometimes, the children's parents even agree to the marriage while the boy and girl are still young, and maybe even before they are born, ofc this tradition has decreased a lot in the last 30 years or so, and is rarely seen now, especially in cities, but cousin marriage is still as normal as any other marriage.

The fight scene was a great display of incredible animation. I really enjoyed that.

The constant boob jiggling and harem antics made me feel like I was losing brain cells though. "You know what Kirito needs? MORE GIRLS SLUTTING ALL OVER HIM!"

I totally agree, I found the the fight scene pretty damn epic, but I didn't appreciate the boobs.. since I was watching it with my younger sister who also likes SAO... yea... that was awkward xD
