SAO is alright I only up to episode 10. Still the series is kind meh to me unless it gets better later.

As much as I don't care about Asuna, Oberon was still a freak to her and he deserved that pain.

It was still kind of weird seeing the main character kill the villain with that much brutality. It's obvious how much of a slime ball he is and how much he deserved it, but heroes are supposed to be above doing things like that. And like it or not, Kirito's the hero character in this story.

It's like seeing Batman use a gun. It's like "Yeah! That jerk deserved it!" but at the same time it's a little unsettling and feels wrong.

I think the second half was better than the first, the lack of jumping around randomly really helped.

Then there's this sniper girl who doesn't fall for Kirito immediately. Probably because he looks like a girl.
In the fourth arc, the whole cast returns for a journey in ALO. If I remember clearly, they meet the leader of a guild purely made from Kirito-tier members

Though it is good to take an episode to discuss some of the details and things they left hanging, they really should have been doing that all along.

What makes you say that? Aincrad was brought to ALO as a new area for players to challenge and probably because SAO players wanted a chance to complete it (haven't finished that light novel yet).

Because they said they're going to complete it again and MAYBE they want to show them going through the 100 floors (actually teachinically 110+ counting the basement levels)

Just a convenient plot device to give all the side characters a reason to actually show up. You know, because even though they were all apparently playing ALO Kirito didn't even think to ask them for help saving Asuna. If (when) season 2 rolls around, it'll be GGO.

While I haven't finished the ALO part of the light novel yet (near the end anyway), I don't think it was ever indicated if the SAO players immediately went to ALO. I don't think Agil even had an account when he told Kirito about it. I know that Kirito never asked anyone else about the game, so he had no reason to ask for help. He made this his personal mission.

I have never seen this anime before, but it does look interesting, might check it out sometime. The title is pretty cool, too.

This is on my "to watch" list.

This is an awesome Animé in my opinion. I hope they animate the rest of the story as well sometime in the future.
