Iris still has a small fear of Ice-types it seems. Not specifically dual-ones. Or she might have just been concerned for Kairyu getting hit.

Kairyu isn't listening anymore and looks like Kairyu is going to take the brute of a Ice-Shard and is getting its arse kicked a bit.

What do you mean? Kairyu is getting its butt whooped by Ice Shard and Take-Down. And Ice Fang too it looks like.

He's freezing and taking a powerful Ice attack.
