    If I did my calf correctly, Tangrowth takes about 27~32% from a Fire Punch. Follows up with a Choice Specs Leaf Storm...Did I do my calculations correctly?

    If Empoleon gets low damage rolls with Ice Beam and Latios get high rolls with Psyshock, Latios can come out on top.

    252 SpAtk Choice Specs Latios (+SpAtk) Psyshock vs 252 HP/0 Def Empoleon: 32.26% - 37.9% (3-4 hits to KO)

    4 SpAtk Empoleon Ice Beam vs 0 HP/0 SpDef Latios: 45.85% - 54.49% (2-3 hits to KO)

    Is it really a counter when it's not 100% guaranteed to come out on top??
