    Arcanine attacks. Doesn't matter with what. Arcanine takes recoil / has its defenses dropped as it breaks a Sub.
    Bisharp Subs.

    This continues until Bisharp is at low HP and has a Sub up.

    Arcanine breaks Bisharp's last Sub.
    Bisharp Swords Dances.

    Sucker Punch now KOs before Arcanine can finish the job.

    ... Guys I know this is a difficult concept for some of you, but your counter must be able to SWITCH IN to be a counter. That's what a counter is.

    Latios does not even remotely survive a Choice Band Outrage.
