Why Sash? Use Specs or Life Orb instead. Giga Drain > Heat Wave for hitting Rock and Ground Types.

I have an Octillery with a Careful nature, so I'm trying to figure out a strategy that works with what I have. Please don't mention an alternate nature or ability because I'm already stuck with this Octillery & I really don't want to try & get a new one. Anyway, here are two moveset ideas I thought of after looking at Shine's suggestions. What I'm basically looking for is a movepool that compliments both Octillery's ability & nature:

    Soak Strategy:
    Octillery @ Mystic Water/Power Lens
    Careful Nature
    Suction Cups
    -Waterfall
    -Soak
    -Charge Beam
    -Seed Bomb

    Hit'em Hard Strategy:
    Octillery @ Mystic Water/Expert Belt
    Careful Nature
    Suction Cups
    -Waterfall
    -Gunk Shot
    -Rock Blast
    -Seed Bomb

Basically, what I'm looking for is something well-rounded to give Octillery enough potential in In-Game & Competitive battles

If you're going to use it competitively, you'd want a different one since Careful isn't the best nature for it (+SpD / - SpA).

That said, since you don't want to change natures, you could go with the following set.

    Octillery @ Expert Belt
    Suction Cups
    Careful Nature
    ~ Waterfall
    ~ Rock Blast
    ~ Seed Bomb
    ~ Bounce

You want to stick purely with Physical moves as your SpA stat is lowered by 10% due to its Careful nature. This means that the Charge Beam set you posted isn't the best (and it's pretty inefficient as well since you have to Soak + attack for most Pokemon). Waterfall is your best physical STAB move. Rock Blast and Seed Bomb for coverage. Bounce > Gunk Shot as it hits more Pokemon for super-effective damage, and the paralysis chance is particularly helpful to Octillery given how slow he is. Expert Belt > Mystic Water as it boosts more than just the one attack.

Xerneas, the Midgard Pokemon. Xerneas's branch-like horns are reminiscent of those
of the tree it guards. Its mighty horns contain jewels of dazzling colours. It chomps at
upper branches by craning its neck toward the sky. Xerneas protects the horizontal world.

I got me a shiny adamant Dratini, trying to make the plan before I start because I don't really know how to EV train it.

I recommend putting the other 252 EVs instead of HP in Speed, so Dragon Dance can make you much faster with the added EVs.

    So how about 252atk/252spd/4hp.
@ Leftovers, Life Orb or Expert Belt?

If this Dragonite had Multiscale (which would have been awesome) Leftovers would have been preferred but Life Orb is a better option, at least in my experience.

Unless the Dnite has multiscale, it's going to get destroyed by Ice Shard.

    Ok, Thanks.
    so now it is:

    Dragonite
    @Life Orb
    Adamant
    Inner Focus
    252atk/252spd/4hp

    Dragon Dance
    Dragon Claw

^ Personally I'd go with either Earthquake or Extremespeed > Thunderpunch. Thunderpunch doesn't provide very useful coverage for Dragonite; Earthquake hits the only Pokemon that isn't hit neutrally by Dragon + Fire (Heatran) whereas Extremespeed is nice for priority. Go with Leftovers as your item, since Life Orb combined with 252 Atk EVs, Adamant nature and Dragon Dance is unnecessary.

    Ok, maybe try:

    Dragonite
    @Leftovers
    Adamant
    Inner Focus
    252atk/252spd/4hp

    Dragon Dance
    Dragon Claw
    Earthquake
    Fire Punch

It is actually train now so the only things I can change from this point on would be the attacks and items.

    Default Stallker/Tank Gliscor: wich one?

My current team is made of T-tar, Conkeldurr, Togekiss, Garchomp, Empoleon (or sometimes Heatran) and Gliscor.

The matter comes down to which set would work better for him, the Poison Heal @ Toxic Orb or the Sand Veil @ Leftovers. The movesets are the following:

    1. GLISCOR - Poison Heal @ Toxic Orb
    • Substitute
    • Ice Fang
    • Earthquake
    • Protect

    2. GLISCOR - Sand Veil @ Leftovers
    • Substitute
    • Ice Fang / Toxic
    • Earthquake
    • Toxic / Protect / Rest (?)

The Poison Heal set has been working wonders for me, but I've been messing around with the Sand Veil set and I've got mixed results; sometimes I rely on the evasion to protect me as I dish out damage, sometimes I get to Have Protect and Toxic to wear the foes down... I'm kinda lost here.

What Gliscor would you suggest or use under a Sand Storm?
Which moves and EVs would you get for the 2nd set?

    Thanks in advance!

Use the Sand Veil set in-game. Toxic stalling isn't so great in-game.
