To make it harder. It'd be way too easy if you could run ubers in the frontier. Pokémon like Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Lugia are just so insanely powerful that they just destroy EVERYTHING. It would make it too easy.Originally Posted by MiloticTwins

Master balls are the cheapest thing ever invented. It's more fun catching everything with balls that can fail. 'caught Latios in the wild without master ball ftw'
