What Pokemon did you trade for Jasmine's Steelix?

If I can remember, I traded a weak Magnemite nicknamed as Whitney to Jasmine on my first SoulSilver game 'cause I thought she'll be extra happy 'cause Magnemite is part Steel, but I was wrong ^^;

For my second SoulSilver game (I have 2 SoulSilvers), I'm thinking of a Lv100 female Meowth for her Steelix.

Can't remember exactly what I gave her, but I would guess it was a very common Pokemon at a low level. I didn't see any point in trading her a good Pokemon since she accepted anything for the Steelix.

I traded her a Wooper in SoulSilver version and a Teddiursa that I got via trade in HeartGold version. I never really used her Steelix, though. It's just sitting in my PC box.

I don't think I've actually bothered to trade with her yet. When I do I'll most likely give her a Slowpoke or Nidoran, since I have a few extra of those from breeding.

Don't remember exactly, but it was a very common Pokemon that I didn't really need, like Pidgey or something. Level wise, it was only in the lv. 14-16 range.
I've never used the Steelix. In fact, I completely forgot about it until I saw it in the PC a few days ago.

I have no idea you can trade with Jasmine. I knew you could trade with Lt. Surge for a French Pikachu, but that is the only gym leader trade I know of. Guess she asks you when you go up to her during her lunch break, or something. But... to take away her signature Pokémon... even if she has another one, that's pretty... odd.

Totally agree with this, except I didn't even know you could trade with Surge.

I still doubt I'll trade with either.
