Oh gosh, I really don't know. I like many of the gym leaders, but if I were to choose... mmm... Clair. I don't like the new design of her gym, and even though I didn't have the same frustration in battling her like I did years ago, she was still great to battle. And her rematches and the double battle with Lance are always great.

Misty is my favourite character in the anime, I'm obsessed with her. She's my favourite Gym Leader of all Gym Leaders in the entire franchise.
In Jotho, choosing is harder. Because the anime matters more to me than the games, I'll judge by the anime. In the anime, the episode with Bugsy was fun, and I liked Pryce's backstory. Those two could be my choices for Jotho.

In Johto, I guess Falkner is my favourite. I'm not sure why, but I just like his design. I'm also a fan of Jasmine (her design and the fact that she helps out Amphy) and Clair because of that Dragonbreath joke in the original GSC games.
In Kanto, probably Misty. She was my favourite Leader when I was a kid, and I guess some things never change, hahaha.
Xerneas, the Midgard Pokemon. Xerneas's branch-like horns are reminiscent of those
of the tree it guards. Its mighty horns contain jewels of dazzling colours. It chomps at
upper branches by craning its neck toward the sky. Xerneas protects the horizontal world.
