    I voted for Kingler, since if he was given another chance to shine, he could prove himself more. He's already shown us his raw power a few times. Squirtle is an extremely close second, though.

    Tell me you're joking. Opinions aside, Oshawott is Ash's newest water-type, apart from Palpitoad. There's no way Oshawott could beat Kingler, Squirtle or Corphish, and I'm pretty sure he'd struggle against Totodile.

    I'd say Buizel. Kingler and Squirtle are close behind though. Although I think if Oshawott ever does evolve into Samurott, it'd probably end up being Ash's strongest Water type IMO.

    Squirtle, Kingler close second,
    But definetly Squirtle, in my opinion, have enough power to beat a legendary, and he is the coolest Pokemon of Ash's(not the best, the best is Charizard, but cooolest)

    Its a kyogre I just trained, 332 hp, 396 sp.attack, 315 sp. defense, and 305 speed. The defense sucks it sits at 187 or so.
