Man, I'm so pumped for the Isshu League! Satoshi's probably going to act like this too from this episode onward, I see we get a lot of rival interactions out side of the battles as well, I just hope he remembers Katharine and the others he can be forgetful at times.

Pikachu didn't have use of its electric moves & couldn't defeat Snivy.

Pikachu was not able to defeat Servine.

Pikachu is able to defeat Serperior.

^ This makes no sense so they better have a good battle that will make Serperior's loss acceptable.... even though they won't. They will probably have Pikachu get it's butt handed to it, then hit Serperior with an attack or 2, followed by the combination attack shown in the manga version, winning the match.

Meh at least Static will make Electro Ball more powerful. I still find it dumb but at least its better than Pikachu vs Leavanny.

Starter vs Starters its the first figth they had in the region, the only thing missing is Pikachu being a Raichu by now(I'm obviously jkg with this part).

Yeah there is no reason to have rushed battles or 1 VS 1's since they have time to have a carefully planned League.

it's a shame that they have to really shut out all of trip's pokemon that seemed like they were going to smash on ash's team. like his lampent and frillish. and even his super luck tranquill. and it looked like trip was hapy to congratulate ash after his win so i'm wondering if they'll even bring him back for the next filler saga or whatever they choose to do post-unova league.

Given how they rushed to even get here... I shouldn't be surprised that their doing the same to the league (at least the first 3 episodes anyway), but I honestly was. Then again, the tournaments were just like this too, specifically that last one.

Stephan did? I thought that he was winning the battle with whatever move Zebstrika had just used.. or did I see wrong? And Virgil's using his Vaporeon in the first round so hopefully we get to see him use some other Eeveelutions next round.
