It's Rock Blast, it looks identical to Boldore's rock blast, glowing orange "appendage" firing gray "blasts."

The only identical thing about is the color of the attacks & the glowing appendages. But the attacks themselves look different:

Well clearly the "rock blasts" take the shape of the appendage that launches them. Boldore launches them from its forehead nose thing, while Cincinno uses it's "ribbon scarf hair" so clearly they would be different.

Aside from the shape of the gray blasts, it's still identical. Plus Cincinno can naturally learn Rock Blast, when you evolve Mincinno, and then use a heart scale, you can give Cincinno Rock Blast.

Anyway my point is: Why would the shape of the gray "blasts" matter. It's still the same animation, just they animators just went a little creative with Cincinno's rock blast. Even Golem's Rock Blast was different shaped than Boldore's Rock Blast, and Cincinno.

Minccino looks pretty strong! Hopefully it will be a good fight!
