BWS2-15: Tag Battle [FIRST POST UPDATED 10/1]

I disagree.. A tie is uneventful, means that the pokemon in question is still incapable of winning a battle on its own, etc, etc...

The point is certain pokemon can afford a tie instead of a win, whereas others have incredibly poor battle records and doesn't need to be used only to get a loss/tie

Nobody on the main cast needs a loss. Crustle just lost to Serperior, Same with Pignite, Pikachu lost to Giovanni's Persian, Unfezant and Pansage just got wins (Pansage got two and Unfezant helped Ash in the temple.) Dragonite is just starting to obey Iris, Emolga is untouchable, Snivy is HOPEFULLY getting a win, Oshawott did enough, and the rest need winning battles.

A win should be the best thing right now. Ash needs to get a streak going by league time or he might have problems.

I don't see why Ash and Cilan can't defeat Soran and Riiku twice, maybe they have a harder time in the rematch and that's still enough to show the brothers improved.

I wouldn't mind. It's training for both of them. So I'm cool with it. But I don't believe that Cilan and Ash should be losing to those two.

You realize how flawed that statement is, right?

Ash is far, and by "far" I mean light years from winning everything. Even a sudden long string of wins hardly qualifies as winning everything.

In fact I'd argue that Ash is losing everything before I'd argue he's winning everything getting bored from it.

Satoshi is not this invincible trainer who should kick everyone's' asses. It would be boring watching him win everything which is why I don't understand why people want him to get a win and beat everything in his path. I mean, come on. Would it have killed the writers to give Kazunari and Kotone one win over Hikari and Satoshi, I'm not saying win the tag match. But, at least knock out one of their Pokemon, especially the newly hatched fire baby. Satoshi won often in DP and I mean often, it's fun to watch him win but other characters deserve victories as well. You guys act as if he didn't just slaughter a Dragon beast. If Satoshi does win a match people whine, "nooooooo he didn't deserve it, he used a type disadvantage" seriously. It's typical Satoshi shenanigans.
