Test your musical skill, are you tone deaf?
it doesn't take long to do and it's fun.
'test your musical skill'
feel free to post your results.
it's nothing compared to the people who get above 90 though. you know you're a real cool guy if you get above 90%.

It is difficult with some of the weird synth sounds. It would clearer if everything was a basic sine wave.
It would help if I was allowed to relisten to the clips too.
And I just took it again choosing different everytime and got 50%. So exactly half are the same and half are different. Considering I mostly picked different before, it looks like I am hearing differences that aren't there.

Maybe because the T.V was on (very low volume but still audible) and my laptop speakers are wonky. Or maybe I just suck.
Being able to replay the sounds would have been a lot helpful.
oh it's a love/hate romance. 'cause i could watch her dance, if i've got my boots.

I got a score of 61.1%. I'm not very surprised, since I was disastrous at music in school. I feel like I should have achieved a slightly higher score, though.

Got really bored half way through. Also, clicked on "different" by accident once. Don't feel like redoing it so whatever.

89.9% One of my wrong ones was a miss-click from my crappy lag computers so I got over 90. Not that I am shocked. Actually I think that is unacceptable for me.
I am pretty sure on the ones that had complex form I was hearing things I wasn't. There was one where I felt the bassline changed but the actual melody was exactly the same so I marked difference.

86,1%. Well isn't that nice.

First time around, I got 61.1%. The second time, it was 69.4%. (I swear I did not memorize the correct answers.) The second time around, I kept a mental image of notes jumping around on an instrument it represented (the trick is they tend to go up an octave on similar notes, I noticed), which I guess helped since it almost got bumped up ten percent.
I got to say, this is really cool. It's also really relaxing. I had to fight to concentrate to avoid drifting off into a daydream XD. I want to show this to my brothers (I swear they are tone deaf), maybe even my parents later.

Cool, I got the same result as the OP: 80.6%.

I have no experience in music, either. Probably just my high quality sound.

expected less honestly

66.7%, oh well. This is probably why I have no musical talent! xD

This thing says I'm like 61%.
Ehh, not a big deal really.
Either that, or my tastes have become too underground.
