It really just depends, some fillers can be really good and I love them, others can be quite boring.

i hate that one random episode in every other anime where they all decide to go to the beach/pool/hotsprings. i don't care or want to know how the characters look in their swimsuit. i (and probably a lot of other girls) am getting sick of watching boobs bouncing around the screen and popping out of their bikinis. if they absolutely must do an episode like that, they could throw in something for us as well since they're already at it.
tell me; do you think sandstorms always strike the same place over and over again? x x

every time a swimsuit episode airs, a small animal dies. fact. this also applies to cultural festival episodes in slice of life/school anime.
except when episode 6 of ttgl aired. that one was awesome.

Watch porn.
But yeah, I actually like the beach/pool/hotspring/vaction episodes as long as the show itself was good. Those type of episodes in a harem/ecchi anime do nothing for me. But anime like Another, Kiddy girl-And, and other shows where boobs isn't the only focus, it can be good.
Depends on whether or not the anime's based on a manga and stays pretty close to it. Some are amusing but others, especially in the case of Bleach, are just like big-lipped alligator moments. They come right out of nowhere, have little to nothing to do with the plot whatsoever, is (though not always) over the top in terms of ridiculousness, and when it's all over, no one ever speaks of it again. So yeah, mixed feelings.

I only hate them when they're just filler to be filler. Like, if the characters are just doing stupid things and trying to be funny and failing horribly. Yes, sometimes, episodes like that can be pretty funny, but for the most part, I don't really like them. Other than that, I don't really mind fillers.
It depends on what the filler is about. Some fillers are enjoyable, some are boring. For example, when looking at Pokemon, I like most OS fillers and some AG ones, but don't like most DP and BW fillers.
Filler? You mean the thing where the blonde men are floating in space for the next fifty episodes, and all there is to watch is stuff like
"My level is quadrillions of levels past the speed of cosmos cubed!" "No, Mine is!" "Bubblegum!"
"We Must stop the infinitely powerful fat reeses puff man!" "I am a pro wrestler and also SATAN!"
"EXPOSITION EXPOSITION EXPOSITION EXPOSITION"
Seriously, though. I hate filler with a fiery passion. It's what made me stop watching DBZ ages and ages ago. In retrospect, I'm glad to be past it, but all the alcohol in the world would never make me forget.
Creating sentience is simple. Accepting it, however, is harder than it looks.
It was? Seriously? Well, everybody looks at their childhood interests differently I suppose.
It was a long time ago. The first thing that comes to mind when I hear "Filler" is DBZ. Perhaps I'm thinking of expository episodes instead. They were relatively the same in the end, to me. Glad I gave you a good laugh. : /
Speaking of filler, I used to watch Inuyasha for a year. Looking back on it I've completely forgotten what any of it was about, and I think it's better left off that way. I hear it was a rather vanilla setup. But a lot of the stuff they ran on the TV was mostly just filler stuff while the plot got in motion, if memory serves me well. If you asked me then, I'd probably say I liked it. But then, I had little of what I call "Taste".

They're not bad simply by default of them being filler episodes. It depends heavily on what happens in said filler episode. Like, yeah, a generic beach episode isn't going to do much for me, but if there's a fair bit of exposition, then I'd say there's a good reason for it.
