Hitmonchan has always been my favorite. Croagunks a close second though. I also like Machamp and Lucario. Fighting types are probably the coolest looking pokemon IMO.

In Sinnoh it's Lucario. (Overall it's Scrafty) really cool design, pretty decent stats and I like it's movie appearance.

New name coming
At first, I would say Croagunk takes the cake because of it's rare typing, but I can't help noticing Heracross. Protection against Rock (as a part-Bug type) gave it high expectations.
