I agree Gyarados should be Water/Dragon.
It probably is a Flying Type due to Gyarados having the ability to float for some odd reason... :/
And I've always thought that Gyarados should have the Ability Levitate.

but it does need levitate cuase it can flyodd reason (messing whit quotes are fun this is my edit me mew661 just so you know)
And I've always thought that Gyarados should have the Ability Levitate.

Well... It could be either Dratini, Dragonite (too common), Dialga, Reshiram, Zekrom, or Kyurem.
They seem worthy of being mascots.
I personally would recommend Dialga. It would be different then a Dragonite.
