Dragon-tamer club members, my friend has a Garchomp with Sp.attack stat of 145 at level 50, I just want to know is that natural for a Garchomp or did he just hack it?

It depends on the match, but I'd generally say the latter unless you can get a better moveset for both like Dragon Dance and maybe Brick Break; I prefer Speed.

also for these moves the second one is better but ill bold changes...i own a shiny female haxrous that has this moveset and works wonders ^_^ lum berry is good after using outrage but since it jolly i think lum berry would be a better choice from choice scarf due to its maxed in speed already...if it was admant nature then choice scarf would be better...its your choice though cauz either one still is good...Haxorus (F) Choice scarf or lum berry

With a beneficial nature and complete EV's within that section, it is possible to have that, but only if you've got that stuff. As long as that's the case, then it's probably safe to assume that the Garchomp is not hacked.
