Ahh yes Gyarados should be a dragon as well. Especially since he looks like a sea dragon (plus Lance the dragon champ uses Gyarados)

Well, I think Gyarados is based off of a mythical water serpent who can fly I guess.. atleast it can learn Bounce as a flying type move.
Maybe Gyarados is Water/Flying for typing advantages, because if it were Water/Dragon, it would kind of be unstoppable.

Sceptile & Serperior seem legit to be dragon-types. But I think they would never do a mono-type starter dragon pokemon, but who knows.
I mean Grass/Dragon has never been done before, would be quite interesting to see one aswell ~

Yeah. It could be done. But. I don't know how it's going to look, would be neat though. Guess I just said that randomly. lol -.- What about Laitios and Latias and even Rayuaza they can fly.

Grass/Dragon would pretty cool, lool.. Rayquazza could end up being a Grass/Dragon actually, but I like the way it is already. Rayquazza looks TOO cool, its like an awesome serpent dragon O_O. Lool, wouldn't it be awesome to ride on Rayquazza ~

I know right who wouldn't want to.(; I like the way that it is. No changes should be made. But, Latios/Latias definitely. They just have that dragon look to it. And, just weren't put into that type. ;_;
