You can't give just moves when you want help. You need to include Nature, Item, Ability (yes, I know it only has Levitate but still) and EVs. It's also good to tell its purpose to the team.

Its still good, and no one will suspect it XD this way if someone has a different weather team like Sun with grass types, they just screwed themselves XD
i did it once, and it worked great. Ferrothorns and Sizors didnt see it coming :P

I just find Dragon Type Pokemon really fascinating, it's funny how they are one of the lesser known species when the are so huge and very expressive!
What's made you interested in Dragon-types:
The first ever Dragon type I liked was Dragonite; soon became Flygon, it was then when I saw the true power of these beasts, when I saw Jirachi Wish Maker I fell in love with this Pokemon because of it's posture and wide arrange of abilities!

Special: Fire Blast, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Roost (Intimidate) Timid
Mixed: Brick Break, Fire Blast, Draco Meteor, Roost (Either one) Naive
Item: Lum Berry, Leftovers, or Expert Belt
Used an ice Team and i was untouchable with Snowcloak, Hail, and Double Team X6 XD
