Speaking of which, I tend to meet a person, then a year or so later, I meet someone who's coincidentally their cousin or something. It's not really a "habit", so to speak, since I can't really control who I meet, but I thought I'd mention it here.

Thanks haha. Smoking is a very bad habit to have. A lot of my family smokes, Im kind of lucky I cant stand cigarettes I guess. Never heard of meds that dont work with weed. I usually smoke a bowl whenever my meds arent working 100%. Tbh I dont think porns that big of a problem. Eating when your not hungry(if thats what you mean by food addiction) makes me feel like a fat *** haha. and it just makes you feel sick when you eat too much. I heard drinking water helps.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.

Of course, bad habits aren't going to vanish overnight. It takes time to get rid of them.

The bad habits I do are; I always speak without thinking, randomly daydream anywhere, falling asleep anywhere, misunderstanding simple things, I sometimes skip every other word I hear or read but that's only when I'm reading fast, not bothered or tired. Lol, I'll stick to 5 for now.

I don't think that's as much of a "habit" as it is a guttural response to the things that happen around you. I could be wrong, but habits like smoking don't arise because smoking is a response to anything that demands it, but more like an all-voluntary choice.

Same. I read about something that you could put on your nails that tasted really bad to discourage you from biting. That might help.

People use nail polish to make their nails look a different color because they like it, I guess?

I don't use it myself, but I don't see why it's something that someone would hate.

Is such an erratic growth rate an effect of a bad habit of yours or something?

Because my "fingernails grow fast during summer but slow in winter, toenails grow fast during winter but slow in summer" thing isn't really a bad habit.

I HATE STANDING STILL. It makes me grovel in pain...I can't think straight.

...I take it in stride and make it funny...but its still a bad habit. lol

If I'm playing ANY game, be it on my DS or the PS3, I CANNOT sit down. I have to stand up while I'm playing. I always get strange looks from friends I invite over cuz I'm hopping around the living room playing something on the PS3. XD Or pacing the entire house while I'm playing on my DS. It's insane.

I've heard this doesn't really have a negative effect, but if it does it's definately a bad habit for me. I pop my fingers all the time, as well as my neck and back (but those are less often).

Actually, that's probably a good habit, albeit an odd one. Physically, standing should be better for you then sitting.

I know that feel bro. I always find it impossible to concentrate while sitting still. I always do my homework while pacing around the house.
