I honestly hold it inside for a really long time. Then I break stuff in a couple of months, with no idea of why I'm so angry.

Used to do self-harm shizz. Sometimes even punch brick walls and destroy everything in my way. Nowadays, I just sleep on it, or eat or listen to songs or draw/write my anger out, nya~
What USED to be the case was, I would get really angry and punch/smash something. But that was getting me nowhere, so I worked against it. Now I usually get more UPSET than anything. I've always been someone who gets upset easily, but I've kinda turned it into an advantage - it's a release that doesn't harm anything or anyone and it escapes my mind easier.
Or, very occasionally, I sometimes make myself feel better by making OTHER people feel GOOD; for example, I would find a close friend or a girl I like and tell them how much they mean to me. It makes them warm to you, and if other people found out you did that then it would look admirable. I don't usually do this unless I'm REALLY upset, but it happens from time to time.

But if I just get frustrated or slightly mad, I'll get really quiet and my friends know it's time to leave me alone. XD

now i just try to stay calm and keep my mouth shut
though if im on my period i tend to over react and go all mad and yell at people like .... yeah

No you really shouldn't though it's embarrassing how angry I get.
I don't think I've ever been truly enraged. My anger very easily and quickly turns into frustration. How do i take out this frustration? By internalizing it. I really am not sure how I do it, but any thing that has made me angry I've managed to internalize enough to the point that I still to this very day haven't punched anything but a wall. (And I've been in the midst of very annoying and enraging comments...)

Though possibly because i manage to keep myself from being backed into a corner in an argument. How i manage to do that? Luck and relatively good people? lol
