Usually, I throw things. I once threw the cordless phone at my brother because he was giving me a hard time.
I don't really have outbursts. I usually sleep, draw, or play a video game.

I kick and punch things to let out anger as much as I can. I pretend those objects are the people who pissed me off.
I usually pray to calm myself down. It really works for me.

Usually go out for walks or when I'm angry just to calm myself down.
I try to take naps. They help a lot.
Since a lot of time I only get mad if my brain isn't fuctioning that well over something I may have read, anyways (usually).
I can actually be pretty calm if not currently in a state of confusion (kind of like riku from kh in a way but i do need to get past my word issues...). I defenetly inspire to be.
But, yeah. Naps really help a lot if i ever get 'angry'. Espesally if i eat a calming snack right before them to get my mind off what might of set me off.
I do reccomend this to other people, too. It could work for you like it works for me. ^_^
Like, I was angry today about something I read on tumblr. But then I had a nice snack and toke a sweet 4 hour nap and things got a lot better then.
