Thunder wave instead of nasty plot on togekiss, that will allow you to flinch hax.

you may want to consider recover instead of psychic on starmie.

Honestly, Starmie's Psychic is my best bet against Fighting types.

You only have one fighting weakness and togekiss could handle it as well.

Correct, but Togekiss isn't very physically defensive against fighting types (which are faster and usually carry Stone Edge to counter flying types) should I change my Togekiss or should I keep STAB Psychic on Starmie to hit anything that resists Surf and is neutral to bolt and/or beam?

Psychic is fine , give Starmie a Life Orb.

Mamo can use Leftovers.
