Need some serious help

This team's for a series of battles with some of my buddies (money is involved.) I'm up against some serious threats (Jellicent, Excadrill, Garchomp, etc.) Can I get some help with these? I think I've made good choices but I could be wrong. Keep in mind, their natures are probably totally wrong for them, I just haven't tried to breed for the proper ones yet.

Metagross @ Air Balloon (Calm) Ability - Clear Body

Toxic (to cripple)
Agility (I think it could work well)
Psychic (good STAB move, using Metagross' completely usable SpAtk stat)
Meteor Mash (high power, STAB, primary attacking option)

Scizor @ Choice Band (Naive) Ability - Technician

Swords Dance (with Band and high base Atk, he just gets ridiculous)
U-turn (STAB, good move, useful for scouting)
Bullet Punch (priority, STAB and Technician boosted)
Roost (Scizor could surely use the recovery options, though I might be using Blissey over Wobbuffet in order to be cleric)

Gengar @ Focus Sash (Docile) Ability - Levitate

Shadow Ball (STAB and Gar's good SpAtk)
Focus Blast (seriously helps with Steel types that usually get me)
Substitute (because it's fantastic on Gengar)
Giga Drain (for a reliable and useful recovery option)
I want to teach him Hidden Power Fire, but he learned Grass type instead. Don't know how to change that.

Eelektross @ Leftovers (Lax) Ability - Levitate
No weaknesses is a big plus.

Flamethrower
Grass Knot
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Ice (need help teaching him this)
He has fantastic coverage I'd like to take advantage of.

Starmie @ Choice Specs (Quiet) Ability - Natural Cure

Recover (Starmie uses it well)
Ice Beam (beats some usual walls)
Thunderbolt (can be a serious surprise)
Surf (STAB, high power)

Wobbuffet @ Focus Sash (Bold) Ability - Shadow Tag

Counter
Mirror Coat
Destiny Bond
Encore

Though I think I might exchange the risky Wobbuffet with a safer Blissey.

Any help would be great. I am kind of looking for possible replacements for Eelektross and Wobb, and maybe Metagross - any ideas that are effective and would really surprise a competitor? Would Reuniclus be an option?

For Metagross, Go for Adamant. Max EV in Atk and maybe Spd if you want to keep Agility.

For Scizor, if you give it Choice Band, then you can't use Swords Dance or Roost because you'll be stuck with it. Instead of Choice Band, give it... Iron Plate or something.

For Scizor you really have to change something, you cannot use both a choice item and a boosting move. In case you don't understand I'll explain: Choice items lock you into one move, in other words if Scizor has choice band and uses Swords Dance that's all it can do, until it switches out. So now you've sd'd and you want to attack, well you'll need to switch out then in first, which not only would waste turns but switching out a pokemon erases all stat changes, rendering those SD's useless.
Therefore, you will need to change SD to an attack move or change Choice band to a different item. Hope this helped!

Brick Break or Rock Smash for more coverages. Brick Break has more power than Rock Smash even if it gain base power from Technician, but Rock Smash have 50% to lower your opponent Pokemon Defense
Sword Dance gain Scizor Attack which have a great combo with Bullet Punch by using a speed priority (for example Bullet Punch) move with high Attack. Also Bullet Punch gain boost from Technician.

~Thunderbolt
~Dragon Claw
~Grass Knot

Fire + Electric + Dragon covers everything in the game for at least neutral damage.

Thanks for that. I think I'll just stick with using Life Orb over Choice items.
Though I do feel like I should be running Espeon. He can be dangerous if you use him well, like a Dual Screens set. Or Reuniclus because he has Magic Guard and can exploit Life Orb.
Or replacing Eelektross with Machamp. Is that at all a good idea? They both have good Attack, and though Eel has better coverage Machamp has DynamicPunch and No Guard.
