    Red face Pearl Battle Frontier Team Rate & Insight, please?

    I recently ordered a copy of Soul Silver (my initial copy was counterfeit, unknown to me, and it recently crashed - with my shiny ponyta in tow) and decided to start working on a team to use for the Battle Tower on Pearl because I am in desperate need of the BP for life orbs/choice items as well as nutrients if I have the points leftover to contribute to my SS abd its team...

    Anyways, here's the team I'm thinking of using:

    Ninetales @ Leftovers
    Timid & Flash Fire
    72 HP EVs / 216 Special Att EVs / 220 Speed EVs
    * Nasty Plot
    * Fire Blast (Perhaps flamethrower for accuracy?)
    * Energy Ball
    * Will-o-wisp (for attack crippling)

    Garchomp @ Focus Sash
    Jolly & Sand Veil
    252 Attack EVs / 252 Speed EVs / 6 HP EVs
    * Sword Dance
    * Outrage
    * Earthquake
    * Fire Fang

    Tyranitar @ Babiri Berry or Lum Berry
    Jolly & Sand Stream
    252 Attack EVs / 252 Speed EVs / 6 HP EVs
    * Dragon Dance
    * Rock Slide
    * Crunch
    * Fire Punch or Aqua Tail

    I do not have access to legendaries from other versions and I defeated the ones on my Pearl because I didn't care for them. (Big oops on my part at this point) So, I am relying on pokemon that I can fairly easily get ahold of in my game without making them too breakable. xD I am looking for critique on the existing pokemon in the team as well as suggestions to plug in instead. I'm pretty sure at least Garchomp is staying, but I am very on-the-fence about Ninetales. I have a timid 31 spd and Sp att one sitting in my box begging to be used, so it would be readily usable, unless I can find something "better".

    I am sorry if I did anything wrong... I don't think I did. D:

    Thanks in advance for any help and/or rate at all! n n

    Flamethrower indeed for Accuracy. Put a Sash on it too.

    Rock Slide > Fire Fang.

    Overall , the team dosen't look very good. Tyranitar kinda screw up Ninetales.

    Thank you very much! Do you have any suggestion for what to plug in instead of Ninetales or Tyranitar? I thought Ty might be a little more type advantageous, but I knew Ninetales was a bit of an iffy factor. I thought of plugging Houndoom in there instead of Ninetales, but... Fire/dark isn't a very solid typing, is it? Is there anything particular that'd go better in Ninetales' slot? :c I'm sorry if I am being annoying. ^ ^; I am still trying to figure out how to make truly solid teams.

    It's only fine to ask questions! ^^

    A Steel Type might work , an dyour Team seems very Offensive , and Bronzong will fir perfectly in a Sandstorm Team.

    Bronzong @ Leftovers
    Modest / Levitate
    252 Hp / 160 Def / 100 SpA / 18 SpD
    • Calm Mind
    • Substitute
    • Flash Cannon
    • Iron Defense

    This works as a Wall , Subbing up and setting up. It then sweeps with Flash Cannon.
