Which Eevee Evo should I get in SoulSilver?

I'm about to go pick up my Eevee in SoulSilver but idk which one I should get. So far my team is lvl 27 Quilava, lvl 27 Victreebel, and lvl 27 Dratini. I can't decide on which to get between Espeon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Umbreon.

I recommend Espeon but you could always trade your Eevee to someone's D/P/Pt game and they could evolve it into Leafeon/Glaceon if you wanted.

Jolteon was very useful to me in Soul Silver, and was my first level 100. Espeon would rpvide better type coverage for your team, but Jolteon is a great option as well.
