Default Please, rate my White 2 Team and suggest a 6th Pokemon.

    Hi, I was wondering

    Emolga (Female/Nickname: Slappy)
    Static
    (No Item)
    • Volt Switch
    • Acrobatics
    • U-Turn
    • Thunderbolt

    It's Slappy the Squirrel!!!

Emolga is my star Pokemon. It may not be the most powerful of all, but it has great speed and decent ATK and SP. ATK. It really is quite underrated. Anyway my reasons for Emolga are, it is very fast and can deal good damage. With Volt Switch I can have it scout ahead and then switch to something good against the opponent, U-Turn is there in case it's up against a Ground-type. Acrobatics is a nice STAB Flying move, and Thunderbolt when I want an Elecrtic move and don't want to switch out.

    Roserade (Female/Nickname: Biollante)
    Poison Point
    Big Root
    • Giga Drain
    • Leech Seed
    • VenoShock
    • Shadow Ball

Roserade is awesome. I know most people would recommend Natural Cure over Poison Point, but I prefer Poison Point, because it fits in better on my team, because of how well it complements Emolga's ability and because of one of her moves.

Anyway Giga Drain, because it is a great STAB now, Leech Seed is a good move as well. VenoShock, goes well with it's ability, and Shadow Ball covers her Psychic weakness.

Darmanitan (Male/Nickname: Grilla) (I love puns!)
    Sheer Force
    Life Orb
    • Flare Blitz
    • Earthquake
    • Hammer Arm
    • Rock Slide

Do I need to say anything......It speaks for itself.

    Lucario (Male/Nickname: Anubus)
    Steadfast
    Expert Belt
    • Aura Sphere
    • Ice Punch
    • Earthquake
    • Dark Pulse

....Only 3 types are not hit super effective. Plus it has Expert Belt, and it's a Fighting-type, which is the best type!

    Azumarill (Female/Nickname: Usagi)
    Huge Power
    Metronome
    • Aqua Tail
    • Ice Punch
    • Super Power
    • Bulk Up

I alway like having a Sailor Moon referance on my team (Referance to the epic original Japanese version, not the crappy dub!)

Anyway, I love this Pokemon, and it has great moves to use.

How is my team so far. Also, what should my 6th Pokemon be?

Offensively, this team is a bit physical heavy. Defensively, you lack something to resist Physic, but have something to resist all other types of moves. A special oriented Psychic type could round things out nicely.

My suggestion is either Espeon or Reuniclus (If you don't mind the dreadful speed)

Also Azumarill is a bit too frail to have the time to set-up Bulk Up, try giving it another move for type coverage, or maybe even Body Slam for a paralysis chance
Games Completed! : Lead From That Game!
    Gen I: Red , Yellow
    Gen II: Crystal , Gold
    Gen III: Ruby , Sapphire , Emerald , Fire-Red , Leaf-Green
    Gen IV: Diamond , Platinum , Heart-Gold
    Gen V: Black 2
    Gen VI: ??? Profit ???

Actually Azumarill isn't frail at all. 100/80/80 defenses are pretty respectable. Though I'm personally not a huge fan of Bulk up on Azumarill either, simply due to Huge Power letting it hit hard right off the bat. I'd just stick Return on it and call it a day.

There's no point in using Venoshock on Roserade. Sludge Bomb is a better choice, since it does better damage on average. Plus... Honestly, Poison Point is truly terrible for Roserade. It only works 30% of the time, and only on physical contact moves. This has zero synergy with Roserade, since its base 55 defense is awful and it can't take physical hits at all; it's likely to be at least 2HKO'ed by any physical attack. Props for the Godzilla reference though.

Ground and Fighting have similar coverage, so I'd drop Earthquake on Lucario. I'd go with either Work Up or Rock Slide; the former'll give you a setup move for your mixed set, while the latter offers a bit more coverage (taking into account dual types, of course).

I'm not really fond of Emolga at all, given 75/75 offenses are just really unspectacular. Personally I find Emolga pales in comparison to Galvantula, who not only hits harder but is also faster as well, and boasts CompoundEyes Thunder. But that's just me. *shrugs* And no, it's not underrated; it only has one good stat, and that's speed.

As for a sixth... Espeon or Alakazam could be good if you get one from the dream world (because they have absurdly useful dream world abilities that completely outclass their normal abilities). N's Zoroark is also an option, which you really can't go wrong with, especially with its straight 30 IVs across the board.
I make no claim of being perfect or always right. Take everything I say with a grain of salt.

The reason I have Emloga is because I have found it VERY good. It started when I first fought Elesa in White (1). She kept sweeping my team with her two Emolga, no matter what Pokemon I tried, even with a type advantage. I decided to catch my own Emolga and it has actually proved it's worth multiple times. (Beating the final battle with Ghetsis all by it's self is no small feat.) So any time I play though a Unova based game I always get an Emolga, because it kicks so much butt! True there are quite a few Pokemon that outclass it, but that is what makes it fun to use! So many people hate it just because it isn't just increadibly OP, but it isn't TOO bad (There are MUCH worse Pokemon) and it's stats are at least usable. So much so that Emolga is one of my 3 favorite Pokemon.

(Fun fact: Elesa's Emolga are super effective against all 3 starters)

Second, I was thinking that Bulk Up would make up for the cost of using Super Power. But maybe I should change the move.

That Zoroark sounds good (Mostly because I really don't like Psychic types all that much, because of them being so overrated)

Superpower isn't typically going to be spammed though, so it favors a hit-and-run style to reset the stat drops. You've already got Lucario if you find yourself needing to spam fighting type attacks anyway.

    Zoroark could use something like...

    -Dark Pulse
    -Flamethrower
-Hidden Power (It'll always be 70 power and fighting type due to the set IVs for N's Zoroark)/Low Sweep (its attack is usable so it can go mixed)
    -Grass Knot/Return

Instead of Azumarill, I recommend Jellicent with the following set up

    Jellicent
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Hex (set up with Will-o-Wisp)
    - Scald (reliable STAB)
    - Recover

or this set-up (choice specs one)

    Jellicent
    - Shadow Ball
    - Energy Ball
    - Scald/Surf
    - Will-o-Wisp
