Starmie doesn't need two water moves, use move tutors for Ice beam/Thunderbolt(if you have crystal) or TMs for Blizzard/Thunder(If you have gold or silver).

Fury Cutter + Scyther = AWESOME. Get that on him ASAP. Combine that with X Accuracy items and you've got a sweeper

Looking for: Lansat & Staraf Berries
Have Enigma Berry and every other berry if you're willing to help out?

I think that you are referring to the effects of Technican, correct me if I am wrong, but, if so, that is incorrect, Technican was introduced in Gen 4. Tonguetyd, that is Avery good move set. I agree that he needs a variety of attacks on each Pkmn. And ArionJ, this is a pretty average team, slightly better than, to tell the truth, so don't degrade yourself, k?
