Probably not going to be a sweep since they forced OT in games 1 and 3. They won't go down without a fight.

Holy crap, didn't expect the Spurs to do this well. Whoever gets to meet SA in the Finals is sure to have their work cut out.

What do you expect from a Popovich coached team with 3 (well 4 with Pop) future Hall of Famers?

Now my pick for Spurs in seven looks silly.

not that silly really. I don't think anyone was expecting the Grizzlies to get taken out at home for at least one game.

The Heat dominated the Pacers last night....The Pacers gotta bounce back in game 4.

If the Heat keep up this level of play it will be hard for the Pacers to comeback in this series. LeBron looked deadly in that last game.

Yeah, last night Lebron looked unstoppable.

I am also very impressed with the Spurs. Age don't stop Tim Duncan....Even at his age he still plays at a high level. I have been very impressed with him in these playoffs. The Spurs are a very good squad.

The thing with the Spurs is that they look really good against Memphis, sure. But I highly doubt they'll be much of a threat to the probable Miami or even the Pacers. The East Finals might as well be the Championship because Indiana and Miami are the two best teams playing.

The Spurs are not to be taken lightly, they've been playing pretty darn well as of late.

I've been watching the Spurs and I will give them credit where it's due, but if James, Birdman, Bosch, and Haslem (if not also Wade and Cole) keep playing the way they have been, I would put all my money on the Heat sweeping the Spurs in the Finals.

I'm not. I think the Heat easily have it in them, they just need to be a tad more consistent. The Heat almost swept Thunder last year. This year, not only have they improved by a considerable margin, they have a couple more key players.

    Heat sweeping the Spurs?

They're having problems containing Roy Hibbert of all people and are getting their size inside exposed by the Pacers. Duncan and Splitter are much better than any big the Pacers have. Let's not forget that Duncan is simply beating the DPOY. The Spurs are overall better than the Pacers and yet the Heat would sweep them. Oof. Whether or not the Heat or Pacers can beat the Spurs is debatable I guess but suggesting that the Pacers are better and that you would bet all your money on the Heat sweeping them isn't worth discussing.

This is the only post where I'm going to entertain any post relating to the subject from either side. It's just that silly. Say that the Heat will beat the Spurs? No problem with that. Say that the Pacers can? Sure. Say that the Heat you would bet all your money on a sweep or that the ECF is the metaphorical Finals? Questioning why I would read your future posts. If you're that confident, take a photo of the bet and show us. If you're not, get your hyperbole back to ISH.

So the crappy, old, slow Spurs are just about to finish off a sweep of the Grizzlies...

Haha, you guys are being so ridiculous. I said I think the Heat could sweep the Spurs if they play consistently, which I admit they haven't, and apparently my sports opinion reads, "The Spurs are so bad that they shouldn't even be in the playoffs and I would bet my entire life savings on Lebron beating the Spurs by himself because the Heat can't do wrong."

    Calm down.

Are you done? We're simply going off what you said.

Sweep complete. I guess the Grizzlies just weren't good enough in those overtime games.

Thats a common misconception. That and they are boring to watch. Both of which are bullshit.

I also think the fact that the Spurs often play under the radar has helped them greatly.

Very impressive that they were able to sweep the Grizzlies.

well holy feces on a cracker..... not only did the Spurs beat the Grizzlies, they swept Memphis. didn't see that coming. good for them. they're sure gonna give the Heat, or on a far shot the Pacers, a hell of a time in the Finals.

This series could go either way, I really hope we get to see a game 7 between these teams.
