Finally got a florist from all 4 games, literaly took me weeks. I'm at like level 23 and haven't beaten the elite 4 yet lol.

I have:

Florist (Black) Rank 2
Market (Black 2) Rank 9 - Doesn't seem to match with Serebii's list though. I'm missing a few items, that could be due to lack of E4, but I also have lava cookies rather than RageCandy bars. But I I have battle set G and C
Fitness (White) Rank 8
Lottery (White) Rank 10 - I know it's White because it's from my White file
Florist (White) Rank 5
Florist (White 2) Rank 4
Fitness (White 2) Rank 10
Florist (Black 2) Rank 7

yeah, but if I wanted to have say 4 dojos to have all the different types of powers from it, I then can't have some other types of shops... Although nursery and dojo are prob the main ones I will use...

I got my Avenue on White 2 to Rank 10 (just five more ranks!) and I renamed it Volcano. On Black 2, I have not gotten there yet (I think it is Rank 6).
The other day, I got a Rare Candy from the Raffle.

You also can write it on a paper and carry the paper with you every time you're out (keep it in your wallet, for example)

My Join Avenue is currently at level 35 and all shops are at level 10. I did it more for the Nursery but I must say that the Dojo and the Coffee Shop have been helping me a lot! The Flower Shop and the Beauty Salon are also wonderful additions

Hacking or some other illegitimate method, as it's impossible to have those characters as Join Avenue NPCs under normal circumstances.

Yeah I think it's hacked as having a Darmanitan heal your Pokemon doesn't look right IMO.

My current Avenue Rank is Rank 10.

i have a problem, i recently changed my time on my 3DS because of the daylight saving time yesterday. And when i went to join avenue today, no NPCS were walking through and nobody had anything to sell like i bought it all already. Did anyone else have this problem?

Yes. You have to wait 24-48 hours for the problem to fix itself.
You'll also notice that you can't use Game Sync.

The Avenue Rank itself is 24, been slacking a little.

Also finding that the fitness shops really help when you level to 100 for type-champion medals

My avenue has Levels from 9-10. Dream World spamming ftw.

Speaking of, I had an Anomaly involving the Dream World. You know how you have Friends who appear as their avatar as specified on their trainer card? The anomaly is I got myself running a Salon (I still can't believe that I have to groom pokemon, I wanted the Colosseum), via Wireless encounter or trade, I'm a Ace Trainer, but if I visit myself in the dream world, I become a Preschooler. I feel like my Black trainer's having a case of Hotaru Tomoe Syndrome (As in the fact in Sailor Moon S, said character was aged to 12 rapidly from an infant until the end where she returned to being an infant) at the moment as it keeps switching between the two whenever my Black visits my Black 2 Dream Home then meets via C-Gear. Was this noticed before, and if not, who else noticed this?

I have that anomaly, too. My Black Version's avatar is Roughneck but from Dream World, he's Youngster.

Join Avenue has quickly become one of my favorite new features in B2W2.
Currently I'm rank 12, and I have one of each shop except for Nursery~.

But today I had Roxie come to my avenue, and when I recommended her to a shop, she rewarded me with 1000 points! How often do gym leaders show up?
