I read someone that bought it from *I want to say...* Bestbuy? Not sure, but they didn't have issues returning it. They were just annoyed because they got it 3 times and had something wrong with all 3 of them and had to return them all and eventually went with a Logitech keyboard.
The other person that mentioned returns said he got it online and was told to wait 3 business days for 3 weeks and hadn't gotten his money back from them.
I'll ask my husband if he knows anyone that used Razer products and see what he says. I'm only going off reviews.
