What?
Depends on how you use them. Blastoise is a defensive Water-type, Feraligatr is an offensive Water-type. If you're looking for a Rapid Spinner, use Blastoise, although you can make it an attacker with the Choice Specs. Feraligatr on the other hand, is for people who are looking for a Water-type attacker. Sheer Force = Instant OU.

I love Blastoise due to sentimental attachment from using him in the original games, but if the two were to face off in a lake or something... Feraligatr just seems like he'd be able to out-maneuver Blastoise incredibly. Sometimes, the Snowspeeder just has to take down the AT-AT...

Feraligatr all the way! It was my first pokemon ever, so its' got a place in my heart. Also, its a gigantic blue croc. And it rocks every generation.

If on the GTS you recieved a lv 100 mightyena named Xigbar that had crunch, shadow ball, dig and hyper beam-I traded him without knowing how the GTS works-are willing to trade nearly anything I have for it back.

In appearance I prefer Blastoise, but in competitive battle I prefer Feraligatr. Plus:
- Feraligatr's Level Moves are most useful than Blastoise throughout the game;
- In Gen 5, Feraligatr's movepool is larger than Blastoises:
- Feraligatr is able to learn 5 HM's while Blastoise learns 4 HM's;
- Feraligatr is able to learn 35 TM's while Blastoise learns 33 TM's;
- Feraligatr is sharply more offensive than Blastoise in Attack, and slightly less offensive than Blastoise in Special Attack;
-Why is Marill also fairy type?
-Because it is in fairy group.
-Okay, then Pikachu will be electric/fairy type.

-And all the 'mons in dragon group will be also dragon type.
