For me, it's a tie between Lance, Koga, and Bruno. They were all challenging, and they just happen to be my favorite out of all of them.

I'll vote for Bruno because I like his name and he was also a part of the original E4, pretty impressive that he is still a part of it. Not a huge fan of the others.

I'd go with Karen. Like another poster said, she wins with her favorites. Plus, she raises dark-type pokemon, which can't be easy. Or fun.

Besides Lance? Karen. I remember her throwing me off-guard with her Dark-type team (though why the heck is Vileplume on her team besides the obvious lack of Dark types), and her battle did weaken me before fighting Lance. Even then, I did like how she was rather mysterious in her introduction. Reminded me of Agatha a little bit, actually.

Lance was a badass ever since being introduced in first gen. He's my favorite member of the Elite Four unless you count Gary/Blue from gen 1.

I guess I liked Will the most. I always thought Bruno, Koga and Lance were boring, and Karen didn't seem like much of an Elite Four member. At least Will's design was interesting.
