Favorite Character Quirks?

I know Pokemon may not have the most dimensional characters, but what quirks do you like, and why do you find them interesting?

(A character quirk can be like Misty's phobia of Bugs aka something designed to make a character more interesting or relatable)

PLEASE DO NOT TURN THIS INTO A BASHING THREAD. IF YOU DO I'LL SIC MY THREE DOGS TO LICK YOU TO DEATH.

I love Cilan's fungasm moments when he freaks out after seeing like a train or whatever xD
I also like Bianca's love for Zorua although that was only shown once :P
And would Paul being a jerk to his Pokemon count? Like how he always wants the best in them?

The way Lyra ended her sentences with "koto ne?" ("right?") in the Japanese anime, which was a pun of her own name (Kotone). Also, the way she couldn't remember how to pronounce Dawn's name. Funny how a recurring character had more quirks than the main characters themselves. :x

Brock's flirting with girls was pretty good. Even if its overused like most gags, it doesn't take more than a moment to execute and balances his personality. Everybody has a weakness and his is girls XD. I also liked Corphish's eagerness to greet everyone . It's quirky and funny, but not corny or unreasonable.

edit; oh wait, one more thing. James's laugh. I dare you to not lol.

I like Iris' catchphrase, if that counts. It seems that I am the only one who like her saying "Kodomo ne"~
Besides that... Uh...

- I like how creepy Kouhei acted in general in D&P, exactly like I imagine the super nerds of the games.
- I like the way Bel throws her Pokéball, spinning her arm a lot before.
- The gag about Kenyan's name... It seems that I am the only who like this too. xD (and the character, people hate him for no reason).
- Glion's tongue and the way he used to hug Satoshi <3
- Waruvial's love for its sunglasses. I will never forget it almost crying when the Koahurie stole it. :'(
- Also, Desumasu's cute voice... Gosh, how can it have -that- absurd amount of cuteness xDD~

Talking about characters not remembering names, I like how Adeku calls Satoshi and Shooty by Santaro e Shootaro. LOL

I'll try to think of something I liked about every Lead.

- Ash: When he turns the hat backwards and goes into God Mode.
- Misty: How she sometimes went off on a dramatic tangent when she was passionate.
- Brock: Brock singing " the only song he knows "; his character theme, to create a diversion.
- Tracey: How he was clearly attracted to women but didn't openly admit it like Brock. (He sketched them)
- May: She seemed to embrace being imperfect rather then try to change or improve her flaws.
- Max: Max channeling his inner-n00b when given a chance to show his " expert " knowledge.
- Dawn: Her near psychotic obsession with her hair.
- Iris: When she starts pulling on Pokemon she likes without asking permission. I'm surprised she didn't do that for one of her catches.
- Cilian: Cilian's fanboy-ish obsession with Trains

... I struggled the most on Max.

My favourite Ash quirks are, when he's oblivious to certain things like people in disguise/love and a Pokemon's gender/ability also when he flips his hat around!

Misty-Yah, fear of bugs made me crack up the most.
Brock-???? Guess being left out a lot in D/P and making jokes out of it.
Dawn-No need to worry. Her freaking out each time Conway would come up behind her. Kenny teasing Dawn.
Max-Calling Ash different names at the start of the series.
Iris-??? Guess, Pokemon hiding in her hair is some thing.
Dento-His fanboying makes me laugh a lot.
Bel-Knocking Ash into water.

I'll just go with a couple of characters:

May- I loved her trying new foods. Wasn't just like always hungry like Ash, but rather wanted to try them to just try.

Dawn- Her obsession with her hair. It was different from the other girls. xD

Dento- When he'll get just *slightest* bit annoyed when people cut him off. XD His fangasms are also cute. X3

Now for the Pokemon:

Meowth- In JP with his "Nya's" in almost every sentence

Misty's fear of bug types and how she goes gaga over Water Pokemon. The fixation is adorable because she often dwells in a temporary fantasy because of how passionate she is for them. Also how she says she is the most beautiful Sensational Sister.

Dawn's fear of Plusle and Minun and her catch phrase "No need to worry."

Brock's flirting gag was most definitely cute and funny.

Ash being oblivious to anything romantic.

Max teasing his big sister is very entertaining.

I love Cilan's antics, because they make him unique. "It's ___ time!", and and little food phrases are really interesting. The writers actually showed us creativity this time! XD
